셀리나 툴룸 다운타운(Selina Tulum Downtown)

훌륭한 위치, ADO에서 도보로 20분, 바 지역에서 10분 거리. 호텔은 장식이 매우 훌륭하고 현대적이며 편안합니다. 다만 물뿌리개에 문이 없어서 물이 너무 많이 흘렀습니다.

이 호텔은 아직 개장할 준비가 되지 않았습니다. 우리는 2박 숙박으로 예약했습니다. 1박에는 방이 작았지만 가능했습니다. TV가 없었고 우리는 방에 TV가 없다고 생각했습니다. 욕실은 작았습니다!! 나는 욕실 문을 열었고, 변기 옆으로 미끄러져 들어가야 했고, 샤워실을 찾으려면 문을 닫아야 했습니다. 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않는 아침까지 우리는 여전히 긍정적인 태도를 유지하려고 노력했습니다. 책상에 항의했더니 부품을 주문해야 하는데 며칠 더 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않을 거라고 하더군요. 우리는 하루를 보내기 위해 나갔다가 돌아왔을 때 '뜨거운 물도 없고 TV도 없나요?'라고 말하더군요. 하루종일 더위에 지친 우리는 어떻게 샤워를 해야 할까요? 그들은 우리에게 TV가 있는 더 큰 방으로 업그레이드해 주겠다고 제안했는데… 효과가 없었습니다. TV를 바꾸면 TV에 대한 서비스가 없습니다. 무엇이든 시청하기 위해 개인 스트리밍 정보를 TV에 입력해야 했습니다. 아직 제대로 작동하지 못해서 매우 답답합니다. 다시 아래층으로 내려가서 도움을 요청했는데 우리 방 문이 닫히지 않습니다. 유지보수 담당자가 와서 수리하려고 합니다. 그는 이제 걸쇠가 걸릴 것이라고 말했습니다. 문을 쾅 닫으면 됩니다. 무엇? 우리 이웃들은 신경쓰지 마세요. 우리가 떠나고 싶을 때 문을 쾅 닫으세요. 이 장소가 추구하는 유일한 것은 그것이 새롭다는 사실입니다. 새로움이 사라지면 그들은 그 핑계를 댈 수 없을 것입니다. 우리는 직원 중 한 사람의 도움으로 마침내 NETFLIX를 작업할 수 있게 되었습니다. 그녀는 사랑스럽고 제가 서비스를 제대로 받을 수 있도록 도와주었습니다. 프론트 데스크는 나를 행복하게 해주려고 노력했지만 상황이 계속 악화되었습니다.

Great place to stay with good location between downtown and the beach, nice facilities. However, we have requested a receipt of our stay without any luck. In addition, the reservation was done in USD and we were charged in MXN with their exchange rate which was not good at all for us paying the equivalent of an extra 25 USD, we requested to be charged in USD without any luck.

It was the second trip to this property in the last 2 months, the first one was on November 19th, they had no hot water but they gave us an upgrade on the room so it wasn't that bad, we came back this past weekend, two months later and they still don't have hot water, it dirty, they didn't even bother on offer a solution, they also charge 10 USD for pet and it DOESN'T include anything for the pet, not even a plate for water or a mat on the floor. The bed was dirty and the shower was dirty, it´s obvious, the cleaning staff is on the cellphone in the hallways fighting with the love partner and you can hear it on your room. I won't recommend this hot for any reason, the location is great but there are a lot of other options around for you to look and stay with comfort and a nice service.

Convenient , efficient with a**osphere and events on the rooftop as well as other activities that can be done as couples or single travellers. Close to everything and on the main road towards the beach. Would definitely recommend and will stay again. Hopefully on monthly bases.

Emanuel was the rock star at the hotel, he went far and beyond to help us. My room got cleaned 4 times in ten days, one of them I have to ask them to clean it, ran out of toilet paper and clean towels. Shower shoots water everywhere. Very noisy, traffic and room doors are loud. Kitchen/ Bar attendants seem not too happy to be there and be helpful

Stayed at this mediocre hotel to start off the breakfast didn’t have much a variety, there was no hot water, and there was bed bugs !!!!!! Disgusting they need to check all rooms and do a deep cleaning and throwaway all the mattresses with new ones, never going to stay here!!!!!

Had a little hick-up with check-in. I added more nights to my booking but their system saw it as a cancellation, the front desk and supervisor cleared up the error very quickly, Appreciate their professionalism. Bed is was so nice and comfortable,had two pluffy pillows, and a duvet. Very comfortable sleeping. Nice bonus was able to use Selina by the beach couches and lounges. I enjoyed the 5 night stay in a 4-bedroom dorm.

Very nice staff and everyone is very helpful and friendly you’ll make new friends and new memories the property is very nice the pools are nice the drinks and extra activities make it very easy for you to stay here and the location to everything is perfect! Thank you
