This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in Tulsa. It's spacious and a great place to gather. There are 2 living areas equipped with a smart TV, sound system, board games, large couch, a recliner and a dining room. Our kitchen is also fully stocked with an oven, microwave, gas burners, full size fridge/freezer and cookware. The backyard has a pool, hammock, charcoal grill and a patio with seating area. The pool can be heated to 82°F-85°F during the cooler months (Sep-May). Please let us know at least 48-72 hours in advance for the pool to be heated, since it takes several hours to heat. We do not heat the pool if the air temperature is below 60°F. There are no additional fees to heat the pool, therefore the nightly rate does not change should the pool become unavailable due to extreme weather or malfunctions. *CAUTIONS ABOUT THE POOL* Please swim at your own risk. There is NO lifeguard present. A guardian must be present at all times when kids are in/nearby the pool. Pool is 3.5ft - 8ft deep - We have EXTERIOR security cameras in place, as well as an alarm system. The cameras monitor the driveway, backyard, and the entryways. There are no indoor cameras.
