Beautiful hotel well located a block from the Casco Historico and Plaza de Fueros. Our room was large and comfortable with a balcony, where we could overlook the city. The room had a fridge and free coffee and tea, which you also find on the ground floor lounge. They showed Le Liga football matches on the lounge TV. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Positives: - Good location, walking distance from city centre - private car parking - hotel looks nice from outside (former convent) Negatives: - bathroom smells like sewage. Complained at the reception and asked to pour something in but the cleaning staff has left for the day. Read online that this can happen when no one has stayed in the room for longer time. After running water for 15 min the smell is gone. Next day expected that some bleach will be poured don’t think that it was done as the smell came back the next day. Expected that all rooms will have the same problem so didn’t raise to staff anymore. - the AC doesn’t work (fine in lower temperatures as the balcony door can be opened) just wanted to point out - WiFi does not work for iPhones. Works well for androids. - the whole hotel has a weird smell. I wasn’t a fan but maybe other guests like it

This is a really nice hotel, xlose to the historic medieval part of the city. Parking in the hotel is limited but we got a space. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and we got a room upgrade. The bedroom was very comfortable and had a nice terrace. The bathroom was spacious and good. Breakfast was a typical buffet affair and not crowded. Only negative point that tipped this to a 4 is why oh why do high quality hotels give cardboard coffee cups...and please don't play the environmental card! Otherwise an excellent stay.

Excellent hotel. Staff exceptionally nice and helpful, particularly the reception staff and the girls who served breakfast. Good location near old town and business centre. Clean, well serviced room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast good value. Good selection. Very comfortable lobby. Can recommend to all.

Beautiful hotel and excellent reception staff. A little tricky to find due to roadworks. The hotel sent a map showing the way round the roadworks which helped a lot. After a couple of errors we found the entrance to the parking. Check in was excellent and Luisma and his colleague were very welcoming. Our room was large and the bathroom was large too. We also had a small balcony. Easy walking distance to many cafes and shops. Breakfast was nice but limited and more expensive than comparable AC Hotels
