Casa Andina Standard Plaza, is not standard at all. Everybody is friendly and willing to serve at any moment. The place is clean and comfortable but most important it is an amazing place to stay; highly recommended bur business and family travel. Also, their location is super safe, and walking around the plaza with all the restaurants and places to visit is at walking distance. Thank you casa Andina

Our stay at Tierra Viva was fantastic. We had spent a night in another hotel and were so disappointed that we panicked and went straight to *********** to find an alternative. Luckily we saw the insanely great pricing and modern look of T.V. and booked a room. And wow! What a difference! The staff was super easy and nice. No bugs! Air conditioning! A super nice bathroom! We had a room on the 9th floor with a fantastic view of the ocean and city. Wifi? Included! Breakfast? Included!! Free good coffee 24/7? Included!!! Fantastic breakfast? Included!!!! Even the sodas and beers in the mini fridge???? Included!!!! We stayed two nights and really should’ve stayed for three. That’s 6 free beers, 12 free inka colas, 6 free coca colas, breakfast, wifi, and even a gift of a pisco sour per person! We come to Trujillo once or twice a year to visit family, and I can say with absolute certainty that we will be staying here again - every time!

To Liry Marrugo, Upon checking into the Ibis Hotel Trujillo yesterday, I discovered that I had made an error in my booking and was off by one day on my arrival when I made my booking. Gianmarco and Jimena at the front desk were right on the task. I don’t know if they inquired with you or another manager, but they arranged my two night stay to be changed to the nights that I needed, November 5-7. I have worked as a Travel Director for 33 years in the United States and Canada and have stayed close to 7000 nights in hotels in my life, so I know excellence at hotels when I experience it. The customer service skills exhibited by Gianmarco and Jimena were exemplary. They were calm, courteous, and most certainly professional. You should be glad to have them on your staff. Because of their professional nature, I have booked myself into an Ibis Hotel in Lima for the end of my trip. I have always found the uniformity of appoin**ents in Ibis Hotels to my liking, and look forward to my stay in Lima, and at more Ibis Hotels on other future trips.
