ハイウェイの近くにあり便利。施設はとても綺麗で広い。アメニティは部屋にはあまり無いが、フロントデスクに聞けば貰える。朝食のクオリティはそれほど高くない

The shower door allowed water leaks to puddle outside the shower. Even though the room was clean, modern and organized, the distribution was not very functional, for the capacity of the room the toilet and shower should have been separate from the washbasin and the TV may have been better placed

Check in was easy, the staff was very nice, the room was very clean and the breakfast is amazing!

No coat hooks on ANY wall. Nowhere to toss sweatshirts or jackets when you walk in. Just a small cabinet with coat hangers in a far corner. No blackout curtains in the windows. No soundproofing, I could hear conversations next door and in the hallway. Gaps in front door let light in. Bathroom has a clear glass opaque door. At night when you turn on the bathroom light, it lights up the ENTIRE room! . How can you use it at night and not wake anyone up. Its a 4.person room. Bathroom door takes a huge tug to open with both hands. Some ginourmously heavy barn styke door and hirt my wrists to open? Bathroom fan has no off switch and is terribly loud even with the bathroom door closed. The slide out trundle couch is beyond uncomfortable. Took me about 10 minutes to find and finally heave open the cabinet door with the mini fridge, no labeling or anyhing. There is hardly enough light fixtures to see anything in the room. So dark! Shampoo,conditioner, and body wash are community bottles! Who puts what bodily fluids in those and expects the next person to use it? Gross. Swimming g pool is smaller than the hot tub. No vending machines, just a couple refrigerators with snacks in the main lobby so from the 3rd floor at night you have to go all the way to the cold lobby, talk to the recept to buy a bag of candy. Who designed this hotel should be fired. Hire me as a consultant. No water pitcher, ice bucket was cracked. Only 2 blankets for and 5 pillows for a room for 4 p

The staff was nice but it would’ve been a good idea to warn us about the ice in the parking lot. Almost fell and with toddler and baby it was scary! We are not from the area so aren’t use to that. The room was nice except there was a cherry odor kind like when you get your car cleaned, we think it may have been to cover up urine smell since we stayed in a pet room. Also our bed box spring was making a rickety sound by the slightest movement of the bed drove me nuts. The pillows also had no support at all. I wish there has been a way to adjust the direction of the fan blowing out hot/cold air, it was directed straight to the bed which is great for summer months but uncomfortable when it kicked off in the night and woke us up.. For the amount of money that we payed it just didn’t meet my standard, and no where upon booking did it say there was a pet fee.. would’ve been nice to know before completing the reservation.

Great stay thinly think i didn't like was the AC/heating was right by the bed blowing air directly on me

I really was happily surprised with the location, cleanliness, and overall look of the hotel. Parking is $10 per day which is not covered thru the ******* booking-so beware! The walk to downtown Truckee is about 1 mi and involves a pretty steep incline on the way back to the hotel. Also, no sidewalks. Due to the weather, we chose to drive to downtown. Breakfast highlight-make your own Waffle! But other than that the breakfast provides the basics: boiled & scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, oatmeal, few bread options, and beverages. It’s not great, but it does the job. Room cleaning was not offered for our stay-we stayed two nights. I feel like that service should return (post-covid). Workout room was adequate. Pool is small-about 10x10. And hot tub is about 6 x 6. Pool was not open while we were there. With all that said, we would stay here again-and probably pick a room with a balcony.

Very nice location to stay. Although more coffee for the rooms would be great. I understand the reason not to do daily housekeeping, but making sure guests have plenty of coffee would be ideal.
