this hotel is very good hotel and have a very professional dipendent how anna,is the best and the restaurant,poll and bar are very well.

I stayed for a week in July there. I really enjoyed my stay except for some things that left me unsatisfied. Only when service, hospitality, and cuisine come together perfectly can a hotel offer a truly enjoyable moment. The staff at the reception were everytime friendly and helpful. The food was not bad in all which was price ratio moderately correct, but boring. Many waiters’ behaviour was unprofessional some of them seemed not to have good knowledge about their profession and how to behave correctly and treat a client politely and discretely. Although this is also part of the hospitality, not just the food count. Some waiters keep walking from one end of the room to the other both hand in pocket, or sometime arms crossed, sometime even yawning, One of them, a two meters big guy, never greet me when I came in. He moved like a dead man walking. The cooks serving the hot meal at the buffet were almost unfriendly, giving me the impression that I am not welcome there. When I came with my plate for the main course, they seem not to have seen me and then stood there like a robot. The Sega dance performed by the locals in the evening didn’t quite live up to expectations. It felt uninspired and became monotonous due to the constant repetition of the same rhythm.

We stayed for 10 nights. The hotel is really clean, we had room 403 which is on the top floor sea facing. The views are stunning. Our room had everything we needed and was serviced daily. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. There is no issue with the selection of all-inclusive drinks offered. The food is well cooked. I can't give the hotel 5 stars as the evening entertainment is not great. Some nights dancers , some nights a guy singing and some nights nothing. As the hotel is not near to a town with bars etc. Entertainment is needed every night. A couple of nights we went to bed at 9.30 as we were bored. June is in the windy season for the east of the island. So, unfortunately, we were not able to use the included water sports equipment that the hotel provided. We hired a car from the hotel, very good value. We toured the whole island. The beaches to the north and west of the island were not windy at all. In conclusion, a small friendly hotel that needs a couple of improvements to be just that little bit better.

We stayed for 6 nights as Honeymooners. Even though they are in need of a face lift/renovations, the cleanliness of the rooms and communal areas were pristine. The food and drinks variety was amazing and always delicious. We tried everything we weren’t familiar with. There was something different to choose from everyday for lunch and dinner. The staff will go out of their way to accommodate any request you have to make your stay more pleasurable and are really friendly. We loved our stay. Will definitely go back.

This hotel is very basic and in need of refurb asap but.....we just came back after 11 days of an amazing holidays. The hotel is quiet,on a very beautiful beach, the staff working there is so nice and hard working. Everything is sort of limited, the variety of food ( just the perfect amount for us ),the variety of cocktails,the entertainment but yet....we felt fantastic and did not want to leave. There is no loud music, no annoying animation by the pool, just the sound of waves of the ocean. The rooms are cleaned daily,there is soap,shower gel and body lotion provided but no shampoos. Kettle and safe in the room. We went on a tour of the South from the hotel and we had a great day, our driver was so knowledgeable and great company for the day,showing us some tourist attractions, like Temple, Tea plantation,Chamarel and few others. For snorkeling, as we are both snorkelers,if you walk 10 min on the left, pass a few trees ,there is a beautiful lagoon with shallow water and some good fish to watch. Overall , we are very happy with our hotel. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful holiday.

Nice hotel reception welcoming is average. I was there for my husband birthday. I would like to thanks Mr Kaviraj at the Bar who went extra mile to make our stay special Thank you so much. Food was good ,room also was nice and beautiful beach.Had great time there.
