The bed quality was poor, it was very bad. Not something you would expect in a 4 star hotel. Staff were quick and easy to work with though. Rooms were decent and neat. Everything is pretty much good except the bed that is sure to ruin anyone's night.

Not really up to the mark. They have mentioned it as 4star but the standards are not just mentioned. Really not happy with stay hope it’s gets better.

Very neat rooms at affordable prices .. We stayed here for almost a week as we had to visit Lakeshore Hospital (2.5km from this property) everyday. For this price range you won't get a better hotel in this area. Super welcoming and courteous staff. Bathrooms were very neat. I wish they provided all toiletries without requesting for it. Buffet was good. There's not a wide spread options but it's worth the money.

Good stay in ernakulam clean rooms service was also very nice ambience was nice good place to spend holidays

The stay was awesome, the room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean and hygienic. We had dinner from the restaurant and the food was amazing. I hope they have a gym in the near future. The overall experience was excellent.

My stay was good but not for the rate i paid. Especially no smart tv. Bathroom shower was leaking.

Very business like hotel with poor customer care or service mentality have lot of restrictions and constraints when one stays there and these are conveyed also very harshly and in a cold manner we feel we are unwanted guests for them most of the times phones don't work. People never come up for service in time. It looks like this hotel is not for regular travellers but meant for some very specific category of people whom one could see a lot moving around there. Overall not a very satisfying experience

Good location, excellent traditional food, ideal location. But poor house keeping supply of shower gel, dental set etc.
