This small family run hotel was extremely comfortable and the people running it were very friendly. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a very good hot shower and comfortable bed. The room was also equipped with a mini fridge, which was essential to keep drinks cold in the extreme heat. The breakfasts were exceptional, with plenty of fresh produce. The only blip was the regular power cuts - hardly the fault of the owners - and the room was stiflingly hot at times when the hotel generator failed to kick in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

Excellent location. Wonderful host. Breakfast was great. AC worked well. Has backup generator for rolling blackouts to buffer the full Cuban experience. Nice rooms. Wonderful terrace with fantastic views. Would stay again. Minibar very reasonably priced.

During a recent tour of Cuba Maribelle, and staying at Hostel la moda was the absolute highlight. This beautiful hotel felt like a home away from home. With delicious meals, gorgeous rooms and generous hosts. I was given guides to Trinidad, tips for getting around and even told where to go for the best dancing. It’s in a great location and has a fantastic roof terrace. I would stay here again tomorrow, it’s a gem of Cuba.

It is an absolutely beautiful 7 rooms B&B/small hotel which is located very close to the main attractions in Trinidad. The place is owned by a local family who spent 7 years to refurbish it. In March 2023 it was only one year in operation. All areas are spotless clean and decorated in an antique colonial style. In contrast to many other hotels, this accommodation had very good unlimited internet for their guests. My room had a walk in wardrobe, a safe, AC, TV and a fridge. The owners speak very good English and made every guest very welcome.

Really enjoyed three nights here. Property is lovely and quite newly refurbished. It’s immaculately clean and the team are so friendly. Really well located for La Trinidad’s centre and a short bus to Playa Ancon. I really loved our stay here, probably the best of 5 Casa’s we used: great rooms, team, ambience and a lovely breakfast. A must in La Trinidad.

When entering this property we were amazed just how beautiful it is. It’s decorated in beautiful Cuban antique style. With a winding staircase and hanging plants. The property is owned and managed by a very charming couple who welcomed us so warmly. It’s super clean with beautiful shiny tiled floors everywhere. Our room was cleaned every day and bedding and towels changed every day. There was A/C and a fridge. The property is within walking distance to the main centre, approx ten minute walk.

Wat een prachtig hostel om te mogen verblijven in het sfeervolle Trinidad. Een met smaak ingerichte huiskamer en eetkamer, patio en dakterras. 2 persoonsnamen meer dan ruim genoeg, royale badkamer. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Eigenaren maken het hun gasten erg naar hun zin, hebben goede tips wat te doen in Trinidad. Je voelt je meteen welkom.

Très belle casa restaurée avec bon goût et beaucoup d'énergie de la part de nos hôtes qui sont en plus très accueillants. Un très beau projet sur plusieurs années et qui continue d'évoluer. Personnel aux petits soins. Conseils de très bonne qualité. Chambre spacieuse avec magnifique terrasse. Tout était impeccable. Casa très bien située pour visiter Trinidad. Des hôtes vraiment au top.
