저희는 이틀 밤을 묵었는데, 호텔은 바닷가에 위치해 있고 깨끗한 해변도 있고 물도 맑았습니다. 방은 넓고 경치도 아름다웠습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 세면도구가 없었고, 뮤직 센터가 작동하지 않았고, 주방 수납장 문이 고장 났고, 화장지가 남아 있었고, 새 화장지도 없었다는 점이었습니다. 하지만 창문에서 보이는 아름다운 경치가 객실의 모든 단점을 상쇄해 주었습니다.

Spacious apartment, perfect location next to the beautiful beach of Nilaveli. Several restaurants and activity centers close by. We loved it!

Website にランドリーサービスがあると書いてあったので、利用する予定でしたが、フロントで聞いたら、「自分でネットで調べて、集荷に来てもらってください。」と言われました。また、温水が出ないシャワーがあったので、滞在中に修理してもらいました。

是在亭可馬裏的好選擇，酒店有私家海灘，景色極美，還能自己做飯，買了新鮮的蝦和魚自己做，重點是出海看完海豚，船家能直接從海上就把我們送回酒店了！下次還來！

First the pros: Beach was amazing Our apartment was fine and worked well for us. They were nice and spacious. Location to the beach and beachfront restaurants.: Cons Pool area was inadequate. Not enough sunbeds. Restaurant wasn't really a restaurant. Customer service was fine but not to the level it should be. Bar area was uninviting To summarize- yes it's right on the beach which was lovely, but the pool area wasn't great and the service was not what it should be.

We booked Oceanfront Nilaveli, described as a luxury accommodation for a price comparable to a 4-5 star Hotel. We couldn’t be more disappointed as we found it very far from the nice and cozy condo we expected. Starting from the check in, when we were told our apartment would be in a second condo, 100m away from principal one where restaurant and gym are located. We had booked our stay months in advance (March for August), so there was no point they selected us to stay there. Nevertheless, it was never mentioned while booking that there was a second condo away from principal one. Of course we mentioned this to the receptionist, who really couldn’t care less. No one, of course, helped us with our luggage from reception to the apartment. When we got into the apartment, housekeepers were still inside. Still, pillowcases were all stained, same as the walls (ALL OF THEM). We found dark black long hair on the floor and long blonde hair on the couch. Showers were dirty as well, with naftaline inside that would make the whole bathroom smell terribly. Given the treatment received at the reception, we didn’t even bother asking. I give two stars and not only one just because of the position, right in front of the ocean. Luckily there were many bars and restaurants on the beach so we were not forced to spend more money on this awful structure - not that we would have had the possibility, as restaurant closes at 8PM and you have anyway to book your meals in advance. STAY AWAY, for 200€/night you can surely find much better.

This was a very disappointing stay as the room had lots of ants, hygiene was really poor as there were a lot of stains on the wall, towels and on the blanket. Instead of a blanket, they gave us a bed sheet. Rooms were a good size, but food was beyond bad. The food variety wasn't great for a vegetarian. The pasta was bad, and after the pizza, we all got sick. The beach , the pool is the only upside as the beach was beautiful and the pool was big and it had adults and a child's pool. Housekeeping only comes once every three days, no matter how much you need it. Service was rude. No AC in food hall and WiFi was horrible. When I'm watching, WiFi cuts out, and we have to wait for ages for someone to answer the phone, and when they do, they take forever to come.

The beach was amazing and there was a kitchen! But there’s was so many ants and the and the tiles was beautiful but the wall was to dirty but the kitchen got locked I do not know how and the food was horrible and the hygiene was very poor

The worst place I’ve stayed in for years. Don’t know where to start. Service was atrocious. The photos on this site are fictitious. The pool is small and full of bugs. The apartment was a nice size with 3 nice size rooms and spacious living area. That is the only positive thing I have to say. The curtains in the room did not keep any of the light out and my whole family woke at 6:20 am. When I told the manager he just nodded. No care for customer happiness here. At the pool area, the were a shortage of sunbeds. There was no staff there to ask for help. We stood there for 20 minutes before I had to walk to the reception to get them to send someone over to our side ( the place is split into 2 wings). He finally arrived and it took him 2 hours and 20 mins to cone back with beds. The sunbed toppers are as thin as a sheet and soiled. The “restaurant” sub standard. Breakfast so limited. Can’t order a coffee or eggs. Just a simple buffet. We left the place 3 days early and the staff didn’t even bother asking what was wrong or what they can do to make our stay better. I would stay right away from this pace. The beach is beautiful and any other place along it will be far better.

Stayed for 5 nights half board, ate pasta and rice daily, asked for pizza one night and was told it’s expensive and that they can only make it for half the family! Dinner served from 6-8pm Dining tables dirty Sketchy WiFi Sink blocked in toilet upon check in, happened again a few days later Ants in kitchen and living room Staff seen entering kitchen eating food from the pan then leaving Apartment cleaned every 3 days Rooms- stains on walls, bedding and towels- one towel was covered in yellow stains! Was told Clyde would call me regarding above concerns but he never did Would not return!

Clean & spacious rooms. Very practical for a family stay. Excellent view of ocean from balcony & bedroom. Good hospitality....especially smily face & polite guy Mahendar. Well maintained pool. Good place for relaxation & rejuvenation.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Front Condominium, Nilaveli. I visited with my wife, mother, and father, and we spent two nights there. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere is perfect for families, offering a peaceful and safe environment. The service was truly exceptional – a special thanks to Clyde and Roy for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. They made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway in Nilaveli!

De appartementen liggen op een mooie locatie. Mét zwembad aan het strand in de buurt van wat restaurantjes/eetgelegenheden. Het appartement was niet schoon; de koelkast niet eens schoongemaakt. Ontbijt was bij te boeken, maar qua kwaliteit niet geweldig.
