my wife and I visited the hotel during winter. It was not crowded and we were the only ones who had dinner at the hotel restaurant that night. The food is good. what i want to stress the most is that the view from my lakeview room is stunning. i believe it has the best view out of all the hotels in Bellagio given its location and altitude. With the room, view and service we got, it is safe to say it has the greatest value for money out all my 9-day stay in Italy.

This hotel has stunning views over the lake and mountains and is very popular with cyclists. The staff were very helpful, especially the staff working the bar and restaurant. Menu is pretty limited at the hotel and all restaurants in town were fully booked so book your restaurant ahead! The room was clean but the hotel overall is a little tired and in need of a spruce up. On saying that, it met our needs and was in a good location. The view trumps everything really.You feel as if you are sitting in a painting.

The view from the hotel property is spectacular. Staff is very helpful. Restaurant is very good. Shuttle service to Bellagio is convenient. Rooms are modest, however very clean. Overall, this is a very good hotel at a reasonable price.

Information about the hotel inaccurate. No Air Conditioning as stated which in the middle of July meant the room was incredibly hot and the ceiling fan was very noisy, no free cooked to order breakfast as mentioned on **********. The free breakfast options are limited and if you go down for breakfast after 9am, even more so as items are not replenished. Any hot food or fresh orange juice are chargeable. Shuttle service costs 5 euros per person each time you use it. Very basic room with tiny bathroom - unable to stretch out both arms it was that small! Nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom. A couple of staff members very friendly but others, not so much. Overall, we were disappointed with the room and would not stay here again.

Property is in an excellent position overlooking the lake, with a great terrace to enjoy a drink whilst relaxing. The check in was efficient. Room and facilities a little tired but clean. Great restaurant with good food.

This property was absolutely beautiful and the staff was also incredibly pleasant, they made our stay very welcoming.

Best view in Bellagio. Staff was kind, and explained everything well. Food was great too. The shuttle service is really convenient & drops you right in the middle of the city square. **So you're aware - you cannot bring your vehicle over on a ferry from Nov23-may24** we only found out when we got to Cadenabbia and left our car overnight in public parking. Only regret is that our stay was short. Looking forward to going back and bringing the kids. Fantastic for a couples' getaway. Loved every minute.

If you're in the right room in this hotel, the view is fantastic! Cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms can be better and space could be used more efficiently (counter space in the bathroom would be great!) The majority of the staff was friendly and helpful - one bartender didn't seem happy to serve. This CAN be a 5 star hotel!
