On the Little River in the heart of Townsend, with a beautiful view!

Beautiful area The condo was decorated really cute and was very clean. We loved the river running at the back of the property. We enjoyed watching the kids float by on inner tubes. We would love to stay at the property again if we are in the area.

Excellent place to stay! We had a wonderful time at this place. It was immaculately clean, had plenty of space and was very tastefully decorated. We loved being so close to the stream and there were even binoculars which we could use to look out at the birds. The place was quite private with 2 separate porches looking out over the stream. We would definitely recommend it and are looking forward to returning.

Downs summer vacation 2024 The condo was perfect for our family. Two teenagers, an eight year old and my husband and me. The location was close to convenience store and restaurants as well as local attractions. The creek was easily accessible for the kids and the area well maintained. We had rabbits, ducks, squirrels, and a variety of birds on the grounds. The Cades Cove loop was full of wildlife and nature and history that we enjoy!!! The condo was clean and very well stocked with anything we needed and we were close enough to enjoy Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge without being forced to stay in the crowds unless we chose. Townsend is a perfect location to act as bade for a Smokey Mountain vacation!!! Will definitely stay here again!
