좋은 숙박을 위해 수영장이 있는 매우 좋은 호텔

호텔에는 객실 내 수영장, 주차장, 정원, 세탁실, 주방이 마련되어 있으며 애완동물을 동반하실 수 있습니다. 매우 완벽합니다.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. PLEASE BEWARE! The room they gave me was not cleaned, stains everywhere, my son stepped on a dirty tissue, toliet was not flushed. There were rusty scissors just sitting on kitchen counter, it was horrible. Also, I had 6 luggages and they put me on the 4th floor which I thought was strange. The entire place did not smell right. I got a bottle of wine and they had no opener. I was suppose to be staying for 3 nights but I left after 2-3 hours once I was able to change my flights. They did not respond to any of my issues until about a week later and refused a refund and are telling me I stayed 2 full days. Now I am stuck disputing this with ********** ( who I use all the time and expected more help from) and with my credit card company now. This was so disappointing

The entrance to the hotel is a little bit hidden and it's not very obvious where to go when you've reached it. This might be a real challenge when you come in darkness. The inner courtyard could be more pleasant. It would definitely benefit from some flower beds or shrubs around. Also, I would be happy if there was any English channel available on the TV in the room.

Receptionist was rude, we were asked to leave and didn't get money back, receptionist wouldn't let us in room to pack, she packed our stuff and my earrings are missing and some clothes, we were there 1 hour and had to leave, still waiting for refund as we didn't even stay but charged for 3 nights Avoif

- Trés satisfaisant pour un voyage d'affaires (séjour de 3 nuits) - Chambre bien équipé (avec kitchenette), au calme - Salle de bain, sans douche séparée mais correct - Trés bon accueil et conseils et doc touristique - Petit-déjeuner bien garni et service accueillant - magasins autour - proche de l'hippodrome, un peu exentré du centre ville mais bus à côté et Tram (mais lent !)

Appart-hôtel fonctionnel, sapcieux, propre, accueil très agréable et rapport qualité/prix imbattable. La proximité avec l'aéroport ne nous a pas dérangé. Parking gratuit et sécurisé. Très pratique pour un séjour à Toulouse en famille.

L’equipe d’accueil est tres souriante et agreable. L’hotel par contre a besoin d’une renovation. Il est de plus bruyant (avion) des 6h. En bref bof bof

Accueil délicat à l’écoute et flexible. Un personnel efficace, de bonne tenue et d’une politesse irréprochable. Adapté à notre exigence, je garderai un souvenir remarquable de ce passage de 3 jours dans cet établissement propre et confortable. Concernant le ptit déjeuner, ce dernier est copieux et de qualité et le service impeccable. Merci à tous, le 4 étoiles est très largement mérité! Belle continuation à tous ça fait toujours plaisir d’être autant pris en considération.
