As the picture shows, this is an IHG hotel in an architecturally lovely building on one corner of Place du Capitole, the main square in Toulouse which also houses the Town Hall, many bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and polite and always wishing to help whether at Reception, the Bar or on Housekeeping duty. The bedrooms ( we had 536 ) which had 2 double beds, tv, fridge with daily water, tea / coffee station, a very comfortable armchair, desk and office chair. The bathroom was standard and met expectations. Housekeeping was excellent. The lounge / bar area was rather quaint but adequate and a fitness room was in the basement ( we did not use ). Breakfast was also downstairs and consisted of a hot / cold buffet style with a selection of cereals, fruit/ breads /pastries etc. Egg options available on request. Similar every day but more than adequate. Top Tip - if travelling from the airport, take the Tram ( T1 ) to Arenes and then transfer to the Metro to Capitole and then a short 5 minute walk to Place du Capitole and the hotel ( ticket 1.70 euros ...taxi 25 euros ! ) The hotel is also near all the main attractions with the main railway station about 20 mins away via Joan of Arc Square. Finally, the FREE electric minibus passes through the Square every 15 mins. Wave it down to stop and then enjoy a gratis tour of Toulouse to get your bearings. It will even stop just outside the hotel. Enjoy.

대로와 가깝지만 조용한 작은 거리에 위치하며 장에서 5분, JEAN-JAURES 버스 정류장에서 150m 떨어져 있습니다. 웃고, 뜨겁고, 예방적이며, 듣고, 이용 가능한 직원; 에어컨이 있는 편안하고 깨끗하며 개인화된 객실, 모든 흰색 복도와 로비, 나무 프레임 현수 장식, 이 모든 것이 호텔에 따뜻하고 특정 매력을 줍니다. 전망이 있거나 파티오에 접근할 수 있는 객실, 매우 편안한 침실, 추가 사촌, 청결, 조용한 호텔, 좋은 인보이스가 포함된 유럽식 아침 식사; 작은 베몰: 룸 서비스가 항상 최고가 아닙니다: 더블룸의 싱글 벽지 1개, 고벨렛 없음, 이 모든 것은 리셉션에서 방이 매일 완전히 만들어지지 않는다는 주장을 하며 우리를 귀찮게하지는 않지만 4일 동안 화장지를 요청해야 합니다. 도시의 중심부에서 호텔은 매우 편안하고 위치가 매우 좋습니다.

Room was ok. Bed comfy. A little warm and at this time of year the AC is not available. So open the window but get street noise. The carpets all over need desperate changing. I don't believe a good shampoo would help. They were actually gross. The safe is out of reach for shorter people. Pretty good location though. Check-in and check-out we're easy. Staff friendly.

I’d definitely recommend staying at this hotel when in Toulouse. It’s in the perfect position within close walking distance of the historic areas, good restaurants and the shops. The staff are particularly helpful and friendly. One young man on reception helped my husband gain access to our suitcase when we couldn’t get the lock open. What a hero! The breakfast is good, the room is peaceful and quiet and the shower and towels are luxurious. We’ll be back in Toulouse soon, again visiting our family, and know where we’ll be staying!

우리는 딸을 툴루즈 대학교에 정착하는 동안 이틀 동안 여기에 머물 렀습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 호텔은 툴루즈의 주요 광장에 위치하고 있습니다. 우리는 더 나은 방으로 업그레이드되었습니다. 방은 아름답고 편안했습니다. 나의 유일한 약간의 비판은 오래된 건물 때문에 바닥 보드가 꽤 삐걱 거리고 우리는 밤에 위의 방의 사람들의 소리를들을 수 있었다. 그러나 아마 그들은 단지 매우 은 손님이었다. 이 매력적인 호텔을 적극 추천합니다. 우리를 잘 돌봐 주셔서 감사합니다.
