Hotel Sant March

This hotel is a hidden gem. Just tucked down a side street within yards of the old streets of Tossa. Yet a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Such a quiet and tranquil hotel. Built in 1956 and still run by the third generation of the same family. Originally an old cork factory, the hotel was converted and artefacts around the hotel still remain. It is not a contemporary furnished hotel but this only adds to the charm of the place. The rooms are comfortable and the air con is brilliant. Spotlessly clean and towels and bed linen changed everyday. Showers are excellent and there are bath tubs in most rooms. The owners are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. They are always there for your needs but do not interfere. The pool is small and with about a dozen sun beds but we found that most people go out and about and there are only 29 rooms so never a problem being able to sit by the pool. It’s not a hotel that many stay by the pool all day, in fact at times we had the whole pool area to ourselves. The breakfasts are extremely good. No food is available in the day time or evening but the owners seemed happy for food and drinks to be brought in. No strict rules here. You actually felt like guests of the family and their home is positioned on the site of the hotel. There is absolutely nothing we didn’t like about the hotel. Even a few quirks like squeaky doors didn’t bother us. As for location, it couldn’t be bettered. Away from the modern area of Tossa and a stones throw from the old streets leading to the front. It was in every way ‘perfecto’!! We would return in a heartbeat.

Hôtel dans le centre de la vieille ville, parking auto (pas donné qd même 20€/jour). Agreable, meubles anciens, tres propre, petit dejeuner correct, par contre l'accueil est tres impersonnel, 2 jeunes garçons qui s'occupent également du matin, seule la "mami jardinière" est souriante...en + 3 petits caniches appartenant à la maison familiale adjacente aboient sans arrêt. Dommage pour laccueil. Le reste est presque parfait.

Sono stato in questo hotel dal 10 al 20 agosto con mia moglie e mio figlio di 5 anni. È stata la scelta migliore che potessimo fare! Si trova in pieno centro storico, ma leggermente defilato e questo permette di godere anche di tranquillità, con ampio parcheggio, di cui si può usufruire pagando un sovrapprezzo goustificatissimo dalla posizione e perché comunque tutti i parcheggi della meravigliosa Tossa sono a pagamento. Camera tripla spaziosa, con terrazzino e tutti i comfort! Pulizia giornaliera fatta a regola d'arte. La piscina molto pulita e ben organizzata. Colazione molto completa che spazia dal dolce al salato. Lo staff, dal primo all'ultimo componente, è composto da persone gentili e premurose ed i gestori parlano anche perfettamente italiano. Oltre all'hotel vorrei spezzare anche una lancia a favore di Tossa che è un paese bellissimo con un mare stupendo e tutti i ristorantini ed i negozietti meravigliosi. L'idea è quella di tornare perché merita veramente tanto, ovviamente soggiornando nuovamente all'Hotel Sant March.

Étonnant 1 étoile plutôt 3/4 petit hôtel familial à 5 mnts du centre un accueil génial d’une propreté irréprochable jolie piscine avec des espaces entourés de verdure parking sur place petit déjeuner parfait étant de Perpignan nous y retournerons avec plaisir

È un hotel speciale perché è in centro storico di Tossa de Mar, nella zona pianeggiante, ad un minuto dai negozi e da decine di ristoranti. È dotato di piscina, non grande ma funzionale e di acqua salata, di zona prendi sole con sdraio ed ombrelloni, di parcheggio (a pagamento) ma qui a Tossa tutto si paga, nulla è gratis. Il valore aggiunto di questo hotel è la gestione familiare davvero speciale, il titolare è persona di grande educazione, sempre pronto a risolverti un problema o a rispondere ad una tua domanda. Le camere sono ben insonorizzate e comode, climatizzate e un balconcino utile. La colazione è abbastanza completa e l’ambiente in generale è gradevole e rilassante. Io consiglio vivamente questo hotel dal buon rapporto qualità prezzo e per la professionalità del suo gestore. La birra è eccezionale, non vedo l’ora di aver la possibilità di poterci tornare!

Buena relación calidad- precio. El desayuno que entra en la habitación muy bueno, todo fresco, mucha cantidad. El personal agradable y atento. Todo limpio. Muy básico pero correcto. Las camas cómodas. Hay toallas, secador y gel de ducha que huele bien. Situado cerca de la estación de autobuses y la playa no queda tan lejos. Recomendable.
