Awful hotel If you must stay because it’s cheap don’t pay for any food, the food at the buffet was COLD and only just edible. I left without trying the breakfast. I was charged 1.5 Euros for a small cup of milk so I could make some tea only to find there’s no facilities in the room to do so

Das Hotel liegt zwischen Wohnblocks und es gibt eigentlich keine Infrastruktur. Am nicht so weit entfernten Strand gibt es genau eine Bar. Das Hotel ist schon älter, was wohl dazu führt, dass die Zimmer eher groß sind und es eine Badewanne gibt. Die Einrichtung ist nicht stilvoll und das Einzelbett ist sehr unbequem. Balkon war ok. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Das Frühstück war mäßig. Kein Salchichon, kein Chorizo, keine Sobrasada und natürlich auch kein Schinken. Vollautomat vermutlich mit löslichem Kaffee, so dass es keinen Espresso gibt. Dem Frühstück entgeht man nicht, es ist immer enthalten. Den Preis von 44 Euro für dieses 3-Sternehotel empfinde ich als hoch. Im Sommer hat man Strand und Pool.

Lovely hotel within easy walking distance to the beach. We travelled as 4 friends sharing 2 rooms. Our rooms were very different. The room in the newer part of the hotel was more spacious, larger beds,with nice balconies compared to the older part. Housekeeping was a hit or miss, bins not emptied, and towels not regularly replaced. You may want to take additional towels with you as the bath sheet is on the smaller side. Front of house staff were very helpful. Big shout out to Nico, who helped us organise a day trip to Gibraltar. Dining room staff were also unpredictable. Daniel was lovely, very organised and professional his replacement was rude and unhelpful. Food was nothing exciting, plenty of it but not much variety over the stay. Very clean and food checked regularly. Entertainment staff seem disorganised and chaotic at times. Bar staff were good, just watch out for the female bar tender, she was rude and served very small measures. Enjoyed our stay

AMAZING HOLIDAY!! club reps were Great fun. Great music. Great entertainment. Great food. Very clean. Valentino showed us a great time and will definately come back 🙌🐶 Valentin and Juan Fran were great hosts.. Jose and the bar staff are very friendly and helpful xx
