직원들은 매우 조기 였고 추가 요금없이 3 시간 전에 체크인 할 수있었습니다! 아침 식사는 매우 좋았고 충분했습니다. 호텔의 위치는 도시 중심부에 있으며 해변까지 도보로 약 15 분 거리입니다. 또한 매우 깨끗했습니다. 유일한 중요한 점은 에어컨이 결함이 있었고 TV 통신 통신이 놓쳤다는 것입니다. 그러나 이미 휴일에 TV를보고 싶어하는 이봐, 우리는 리셉션에서 그것을 놓치지 않았습니다. 그렇지 않으면 확실히있을 것입니다 즉시 수리되었습니다. 다시 추천 됨 그리고 언제라도 확실하게!!!

This is a honest review based on my recent stay for 9 nights at the beginning of October. Check-in flawless Bedroom 211 overlooking the pool was a generous size with plenty of storage (could be noisy in high season) Very comfortable large single beds (we were also offered the option of a double bed on arrival). Comfortable pillows with 2 spare in wardrobe and extra blankets if needed. TV with ITV 1, 2, 3, BBC News and CNN English speaking channels. Very good WI-FI. Bathroom good size with powerful over the bath shower. Towels changed and room cleaned daily by the cleaning fairies when we were out. Restaurant:- Plenty of choice including meats, salads, show cooking and vegetarian options. My only critique would be that there were not enough potato choices (got sick of eating fries) Breakfast also had lots of choice with lovely omelettes and pancakes Didn’t try the tea or coffee so can’t comment, although the orange juice was good. My main criticism would be for the snack bar which was unappetising, unappealing, and nearly always cold. Staff in this hotel were all lovely, helpful and friendly Very good location for town centre, bus stops outside and train station five minute walk away and 15 minute stroll to the beach An absolute gem of a hotel for a bargain price

The bedroom was comfortable and a decent size. The furniture and fittings were very good quality and it was tasteful, and immaculately maintained. The TV had several different British channels, and the towels and linen were good quality. The restaurant had linen on the tables and gave off a nice restaurant vibe rather than a canteen one. Male guests are encouraged to wear long trousers for dinner and (being middle-aged or older) most obliged or wore smart chino shorts. The cold food was at all times good - imaginative and varied. Hot breakfast choices were also nice. (If you're addicted to the 'full English' compromise a little - British tastes aren't the only tastes they cater for.) The hot food in the evening was good,with some items being cooked in front of you if you don't mind waiting a minute or two.  Some sites say the hotel is adults only. Technically it's not (there were a few babies and toddlers) but they don't have attractions for children, so I imagine there are seldom many.  The common areas of the hotel are all really rather grand and lovely. The sunbathing provision is adequate but if you're a late riser you'll probably be in the grassy (and slightly muddy) area, which would be better if paved. It was fine for us though, and if you don't get a bed there you can rent one on the lovely beach right in front of the hotel and contribute to the local economy. The hotel is well sited in La Carihuela, which is still the nicest part of Torremolinos (though no longer as quiet and select as it used to be.) Taxis are easy to find and the fare into the centre is about 7 Euros

I have visited Torremolinos for years, as I’m a kidney dialysis patient and can recieve my treatment three times a week at the clinic in Torremolinos. I have passed this hotel many times on the bus and thought how gorgeous it looked with the pool area on full show as you pass. As I was looking for this years holiday it came up on my search. I booked to stay for 2 weeks 2-16 May. It cost me £1031 bed & breakfast including flights. I arrived on the 2nd of May around 9pm, the taxi dropped me off and you have to enter the hotel by a lift which takes you up one floor. As the lift door open you was directly onto the pool area, wow I thought with all the lights illuminating the pool area as you walked through to reception. At reception I was allocated room 316, my god the room was no bigger than a postage stamp,the glass sliding toilet door was less than 1ft from the bedhead, the bed itself and the bathroom looked clean, but the smell of drains was overwhelming. I opened the patio doors and went out onto the balcony, were you was facing into rundown private properties, it was like a scrapyard with rubble and old used furniture scattered about, there was 2 large dogs in the garden down below, walking about around their own feaces. I went back inside and that’s when I saw all the small flys, I closed the doors and never opened them again, all around the edge of the room was full of dust. The deeper you looked it became apparent that the room wasn’t the best. Anyway after a long day travelling I just had a shower and got into bed which I have to say was really comfortable, as I had to be up at 6.30 for my first dialysis session on Friday. On Friday I went to dialysis and when I came back I spoke to Leo on reception regarding the room, he followed me upto the room but said there wasn’t anything wrong with it. So I just thought I have to grin and bear it, so I went to the supermarket and bought drain cleaner bleach disinfect & air freshener. Then Sunday morning after breakfast I went straight to the pool, the pool area and the pool itself was full of Ants. I actually got the net and got started to get all the dead ants from the pool at which point the receptionist Daniel came out to see what the problem was, I showed him all the dead ants in the pool and the army of ants all around the pool area. He went and got ant traps and spray and sprayed all the area where they were coming from. That’s when I went on a rant with him and told him that the hotel was disgusting I told him about the room and the amount I had paid to stay there. He went inside and then came back and said that I could change rooms on Monday to a room at the front with sea view. Before my holiday I had emailed the hotel to ask if my sister could join me on Sunday for a week, they said yes for an extra 140€, which I thought was reasonable. On the Monday after my dialysis I was given the keys to room 204. Me and my sister got all our things together and moved to the new room. WOW what a diff

Where do I start ,the location of the hotel is perfect,across the road from the beach .The rooms are lovely and suitable for guests with mobility issues.The restaurants are spacious and spotless clean .Great variety of food, cooked to perfection.Now onto the staff,each and every member of staff are so pleasant,hardworking ,conscientious.Lola ,Raul and dining room always welcome you with a smile .Management are hands on ,the young tall dark haired ,with a beard (sorry didn’t get his name) but he’ll know who I am as I spoke to him on a few occasions,rolls up his sleeves and is definitely a huge part of his team .On the morning of departure there had been a severe thunderstorm and both dining rooms were flooded along with reception areas ,I’m eternally grateful for each and everyone of the staff who were up to there ankles in water .They we’re all mopping up ,the security,pool people,gardeners and even the chef had his wellies on .The young manager appeared in jeans and wellies too.A wonderful team effort by all .The young waiter with his trousers rolled up serving a continental breakfast for departing guests . Thank you for all your dedication. I will certainly return to Don Pedro soon .
