토론토 에어포트 메리어트 호텔 후기

공항 근처에 있으며 52번 버스를 탈 수 있습니다. 칼링뷰역에서 내리세요. 호텔은 또한 토론토 피어슨 공항을 왕복하는 셔틀 버스를 약 30분 간격으로 운행합니다. 슈퍼마켓에 가면 버스를 탈 수 있고 4km 거리에 노프릴이 있습니다. 주변에 편리한 커피숍: Starbucks, Tim Horton's.

음식은 훌륭했습니다. 하키 가족은 매일 드라마를 일으키는 항공사 직원 옆에 배치되었습니다. 이 그룹은 조종사와 함께 조용한 층에 있어야 합니다. 우리는 직원과 보안을 포함한 다른 사람들로부터 소리를 지르는 것을 좋아하지 않습니다. 주차료가 비싸고 모든 차량용 충전기가 고장났습니다. 다음 달에 돌아오면 기능적인 충전기가 있는 호텔을 선택해야 합니다.

공항과 가깝고 시설은 전반적으로~

프론트 데스크의 태도가 좋지 않음 위치가 공항과 가깝습니다.

객실은 깨끗하고 매우 편안했으며 직원들은 훌륭했습니다. 나는 시내를 방문하는 사람에게이 호텔을 강력히 추천합니다

寫的入住時間15點，但我10點多到了也讓我入住了。酒店機場大巴30分鐘一班，T1在ground floor，T3在arrival floor。酒店附近沒有商場和超市，有幾家餐館，酒店內也有餐館。

It was wonderful. However I was surprised that the staff would not accept that I have a 45 min late check out (ie check out at 12:45 instead of 12!).

The check in process was not good ! They actually told us we couldn’t stay because they apparently couldn’t use our virtual visa to pay the deposit even though the room was already paid! Also charged us double amount for the deposit because we had to use the debit machine! The whole process took and hour and half and that was dealing with the manager! Next day I asked for a late check out the front staff worker told me no and gave me us 1230 it was 1145 at this time ! The alarm clocked didn’t work in the room nor did wake-up call service apparently! So my family rushed to be out we got out at 1245 to only learn that she actually gave us till 2pm and if we are done by 1 she wouldn’t charge us the late check out fee I offered to pay as well! What kind of staff does this! Purposely lies to your customers! Didn’t tell us how to use the elevator also that we needed to use the key card to access it to go to our floor ! Never again will my family stay at any Marriott and especially this one! Disgusting customer service just rude and ignorant and for no reason at all! Disgrace to the hotel because it was beautiful place !

Check-in smooth Room was spotless and nicely designed Check-out was good except for the burly young man behind the desk.

The staff in the restaurant were all very efficient, very pleasant to deal with very obliging.

I request a crib which initially was not in the room when I arrived however staff were quick to bring it up.

Keep hearing wake up alarms going off in adjacent rooms. Walls aren’t very soundproof. We were woken up by housekeeping at 9am. We checked in around 2am and we’re wanting to sleep in.

Renovated tastefully. Only issue was there was a gap under the door. Light and noise came into the room from the hall. Got up at 5:00 am and covered the gap with a bath mat. Needs a threshold.
