The pictures advertised in the offer are different to what you are getting. The bathroom looked like straight out of a prison cell and was broken, the bathroom door locked itself and had to be opened by a handyman. There was an overall bad smell in the room and on the whole hotel area, it seemed like the plumbing was broken. The manager agreed in refunding us three nights (in writing) and we booked our flights back home earlier. After many emails and reminders we still did not get the refund and feel willfully scammed here. Very frustrating to say at least. Do yourself a favor and book a different hotel.

We have also experienced food/water poisoning over the last two days at this hotel. We did not drink water from the tap, but we are pretty sure they prepare food and wash dishes with the same tap water! More and more reviews have been posted in the last few days for this hotel, and not for the neighboring hotels (I have checked). This clearly indicates a problem specific to this hotel and not a virus in the area, as the hotel claims. There is sewage water in front of the hotel most of the time, accompanied by a horrible smell, which may be contaminating the tap water. Additionally, there is mold in the room and bathroom (photos attached). They advertise this as a 4-star hotel, which is a scam in my opinion. They have two separate buildings—one is comparable to a 2-star hotel and has nothing to do with the other building. If you complain about your room, they ask you to pay the difference to be moved to the other building, as mentioned in other reviews. This hotel is not worth paying $150 to $400 per night—not even close. I hope local authorities take action soon! Found this number for customer complain Greece # 1572 which I will try Monday, do not know if is the right one.

Great place, very quiet. We liked very much that hotel offers free umbrellas, beach towels and their beach is available mainly/only for hotel guests. The beach is beautiful, sandy, perfect for families with kids. Hotel is very clean, has a nice pool, not crowded as well. Our room was spacious with a standard size balcony. Hotel also offers a reserved parking that at short-walking distance. The breakfast was good. The staff was excellent, at the reception, at the beach bar and beach restaurant, always welcoming with a good/professional attitude. Our highest appreciation to the lady at the spa that prepared a nice surprise for my son's birthday. In general, I highly recommend and I would go back!

Quiet and quaint area offering a traditional all Greek experience. The hotel was stunning but not all of the rooms are the same so something to look out for when booking. We stayed in both the new and old part of the hotel. The pool side rooms are incredible and an absolute treat. The beach was just a stone throw away and offers table service for food and drink. The town is walking distance and the restaurant adjacent to the hotel offers excellent food. Overall I would definitely return here.

This hotel was probably the best in the area 20 years ago- and arguably may still be so- BUT it’s is badly in need of better management and a decent maintenance budget. Nothing was properly clean, staff constantly sat smoking or drinking coffee in bar area, cleaning equipment just left lying about, jacuzzi in basement ‘spa’ area out of order, black mould in bathroom, loose wires hanging off walls! It needs a decent manager installed to go round maki g sure things get done properly. Also needs attention to basic health and safety such as removing sharp metal brackets from windows on breakfast terrace at a narrow place where people will catch themselves, not leaving pool cleaner in lounge area where people can trip over cables, not leaving crockery trolley in corridor, and exterior corners on pool steps are just dangerous! There was a strong smell of drains outside our room so we didn’t sit on the patio, and also outside the breakfast balcony. On the plus side the location is lovely and the front of house staff were all very good, especially the bar tender

Nice hotel located right in front of the beach. Would need a bit of investment in order to keep it up to date. Friendly staff, with special compliments to Christina, for her extremely nice approach. Always with a big smile, she will make sure that you have everything you need while enjoying the sea and sun on the beach.
