Good location but dirty. There are other hotels The hotel is in a perfect location!!! But the rooms are dirty, the bedding is uncomfortable, the towels are old, the shower is rusty. We were given a room with an uncleaned toilet and dirty bedding. They changed us to another room that was very unclean and not maintained. And this is the beginning of the season.

The pictures advertised in the offer are different to what you are getting. The bathroom looked like straight out of a prison cell and was broken, the bathroom door locked itself and had to be opened by a handyman. There was an overall bad smell in the room and on the whole hotel area, it seemed like the plumbing was broken. The manager agreed in refunding us three nights (in writing) and we booked our flights back home earlier. After many emails and reminders we still did not get the refund and feel willfully scammed here. Very frustrating to say at least. Do yourself a favor and book a different hotel.

We have also experienced food/water poisoning over the last two days at this hotel. We did not drink water from the tap, but we are pretty sure they prepare food and wash dishes with the same tap water! More and more reviews have been posted in the last few days for this hotel, and not for the neighboring hotels (I have checked). This clearly indicates a problem specific to this hotel and not a virus in the area, as the hotel claims. There is sewage water in front of the hotel most of the time, accompanied by a horrible smell, which may be contaminating the tap water. Additionally, there is mold in the room and bathroom (photos attached). They advertise this as a 4-star hotel, which is a scam in my opinion. They have two separate buildings—one is comparable to a 2-star hotel and has nothing to do with the other building. If you complain about your room, they ask you to pay the difference to be moved to the other building, as mentioned in other reviews. This hotel is not worth paying $150 to $400 per night—not even close. I hope local authorities take action soon! Found this number for customer complain Greece # 1572 which I will try Monday, do not know if is the right one.

We hade very disappointing experience from this hotel. The worst part was the stomach virus and vomiting we all got two days upon our arrival. We thought we are the only one but after talking ti some other guests we understood that more than 5 families have the same virus and they all got it after their second day of arrival. Together with another person we went to the hotel manager to ask them if there is a problem with the water they use since is very familiar that tap water is not used. She was very rude with the answers and said is a summer virus … which was not the case since only in our hotel people where getting sick… In the whole hotel was horrible smell of sewage , the breakfast was bad and was the same for 7 days . Location is ok but considering that Toroni is small place and the beach and water are gorgeous you don’t need to pay so much money for this overpriced hotel , you can saty in some nice apartments and who are much better options for sure considering the beach is never more than 50% full. The hotel reception ladies and the view were nice !

We were a couple staying in a partial sea view studio which they must have renovated because it's not in the 'new' part of the hotel but the room was new, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel staff were great (also nice to see that they employ a diverse workforce). The hotel's beach sunbed area is also really nice with new sunbeds and good service. The beach and sea in front of the hotel is one of the best in Sithonia - sandy and crystal clear water. One note of caution: the hotel and especially rooms next to the pool are perfect for young families - which means that this area is incredibly noisy with children.

A total turn-off with the hotel description, incl. rooms with high-quality photos. Moreover it needs a renovation…, lack of the noise insulation…the swimming pool starts at 10 as a fountain in order to be cleaned, and ends after 12, try to sleep to the sounds of roaring water behind the door… get ready to hear all your neighbors🤪, a problem with the malfunctioning toilet…we had such… and we were asked to wait till the next day👌 because the mechanism should be brought from another place… a broken mosquito-netting at the windows… problems with the sewage lines in the shower…🙈get ready just to stand in the pool of water … the rooms are not cleaned … the towels are not changed, if you wouldn’t ask personally, and even if you ask on reception to do anything … believe, nothing is gonna happen, just a sincere smile of the receptionist… and her ‘OK’))) The positive thing is the hotel’s own beach…and the sea.. it was gorgeous..the rest is a horrible mess…
