Premier Inn Tiverton

Adequate room. Nice bathroom. A net curtain on the window facing the road would have been nice. The real downside was breakfast- the area is not large enough for the number of guests. Despite booking a time there's often a wait to sit. A sign says it's table service but it turned out to be self service. That would be OK if there was enough food as the hot area was often empty or half full. There were a lack of plates and cups. The member of staff's role seemed to consist of constantly apologising. It was a total shambles on both days. Parking is limited to a handful of disabled bays meaning you need to pay in the multi storey or council car park. The room was OK but the whole place comes across as tired compared to other Premier Inns we've stayed at. Someone really needs to come in and sort out the breakfast situation- it just needs organising properly.

Returned again 👋🏻 had a wonderful stay at this hotel yet again, (16th-17th) only a flying visit this time. We were placed on the 3rd floor this time and had a different view from marks and Spencer’s this time 😂. We really can’t fault this hotel, well maintained, fantastic staff (shout out as always to Tegan and Vanessa what a dream duo they are) and wonderful clean rooms. Tegan really does care for her guest and I can honestly say she makes everyone feel so welcome the second they walk through that door!

The complete experience was superb, absolutely 1st class. Staff, food, room and price were excellent. I would highly recommended the Premier Inn I just can't fault it. We would certainly stay again when we are in the area. Many Thanks to all the lovely staff.

Really good stay at Tiverton's Premier Inn. Staff members, Luis, Elliot and Beth were very friendly and welcoming at mealtimes as well. Thank you. Located in the centre of the town, I would definitely recommend this place to stay. I asked staff about where to park my car to avoid overly expensive options and this was easy & straightforward too. There's a lovely M&S 5 minutes walk away, for all your extra needs as well as local food outlets. Easy access back onto make link routes as well.

The hotel is well located and maintains the usual high standards of cleanliness and comfort. The staff here however are exceptionally good. Elliott was on reception and very polite, efficient and full of good local advice. He then doubled up as a waiter in the evening and once again he was highly efficient and his humorous personality shown through. A credit indeed to his company. The food provided BT the chef Ash was superbly done making the 'meal deal' great value. The only reason this venue isn't 5 stars is the parking. The multi story car park next door costs £16 overnight which adds 25% to the cost if you have a car. However other local car parks within a two minute walk should be utilised where overnight parking is £2.10 between 1800 and 0800. If you like a lie in you'll need to 'feed' the car park meter.

Good stay, good food. Friendly staff. Clean. Reasonable cost for the room. Parking expensive in multi storey next door. It is designed to stitch you up. Up to 10 hours £6.40. Over 10 hours was £16.40. We used the ringo app. No other inbetween options. We needed 12 hours 8pm till 8am.
