The shower was horrible, with some mould. People when taking a shower on a floor above it was sipping through my shower. I advised them to fix it or take me to another room, they refused. I was booked for 4 days. The pillows broke my neck. No go area.

Overall, it was a decent stay, but there were a few drawbacks. The pillows were really hard, the cushions had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom lighting was incredibly dim. Given these issues, it’s unlikely to be a top choice for a return visit.

Considering that this is a low-cost hotel with minimal nightly rates, I had extremely modest expectations—basically, I was just hoping for a tidy, comfy bed and a clean room. Rather, what greeted us was a urine-scented mattress and dirty, foul-smelling linens and pillows. The hotel as a whole smelled bad, and the scent throughout was insufferable. I checked out a few hours after I arrived since I felt physically ill from the odours. We ultimately chose to spend the night in the wonderful, spotless, and freshly scented Hampshire Hotel-Ballito, which is about 400 metres from this disappointing place.

Was pleasantly suprised that this facility was as good as the others I had stayed in in the Regal Group. Nice rooms and friendly service, at a very reasonable price. Not on the beach for the Beach Person, but close to all amenities and easy to in and out. Probably need better road directions cos the easiest and maps directed route, has a blocked access.

Tried to cancel my accommodation... still got emails welcoming me to the venue on the wrong dates of original booking.... Many days of reaching out... poor communication and lack of feedback. Requested a refund, Many weeks later I'm am still waiting.
