You'll feel right at home sitting on the back porch enjoying the green trees in the summer or the wonderfully inspirational fall leaves in the autumn. 1st Floor Bedroom - Two Twin Size beds+ a 32 inch television. 2nd Floor Bedroom (1) - Two Queen Size Beds + 32 Inch TV + 2 closests + 1 Balcony. 2nd Floor Bedroom (2) - Two Queen Size Beds + 32 Inch TV + 2 Closests. KITCHEN - Refridgerator. Electric oven. Toaster. Teapot. French press. Fully stocked kitchen with wine glasses, bowls, dishes, microwave, cozy mugs, and utensils. BACK PORCH - Sprawling outdoor couch. Coffee table. Rocking chair. Plus two seats. Also, a small dining room table. (Highly recommend reading a book out here). SUNKEN FIRE PLACE/LIVING ROOM - A working sunken fireplace that brings you back to a different time. (Not many like this anymore!) With a view of your television and a floating staircase behind it, this is a great place to unwind. Plus, a dining room table that sits six. Just imagine eating a wonderful dinner, with the fireplace going, and a cozy movie on in the background with your family! This is out of our control, these are mandatory as per Arrowhead Community. Arrowhead Community requires the following: IN-SEASON RATES MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND TO LABOR DAY WEEKEND (SUMMER/SPRING) - Temporary Membership Fee: $8.50 per person, per day for all guests over 6. - $20.00 transaction fee. - $20.00 vehicle fee (per vehicle) required. OFF-SEASON RATES LABOR DAY WEEKEND TO MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND (WINTER/FALL MONTHS) - Temporary Membership Fee: $2.00 per person, per day for all guests over 6. - $20.00 transaction fee. - $20.00 vehicle fee (per vehicle) required. These fees are paid via VRBO fee request following the booking approval. **THESE FEES ARE DUE WHETHER OR NOT YOU PLAN ON USING THE AMENITIES (these are not our rules, it is Arrowhead Lake Community's rules)** **THEY ARE NOT BUILT INTO THE ORIGINAL PRICE. THEY'RE PAID 1-2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR ARRIVAL** **ALSO, ANY BOOKINGS THAT ARE 3-2 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN WILL UNFORTUNATELY BE CHARGED A $100 EMERGENCY BOOKING FEE. AGAIN, NOT OUR RULES** **THEY DO NOT ALLOW BOOKINGS 24 HOURS BEFORE CHECK-IN** Arrowhead Community provides the following amenities that you will have access to: - 3 Swimming Pools (Only in the Summer) - 4 Beaches with pavilions & playgrounds. - The Great Lodge Club House w/ library, outdoor seating, hall, breakfast sandwhiches (at select times), food trucks (at select times), concerts (at select times), and other cool events. - Fitness Room (in Great Lodge) - Game Room with 4 pool Tables (in Great lodge). - Boat access + rental - Bike Rental. - Tennis Court. - Basketball Court. - Beach Volleyball. Notes - The Getaway Chalet does not have AC, since we're in the mountains and a considerable part of the chalet is built with cement, it runs cold in the summer. - Stairs required for access. - 1 Exterior Security Camera (facing the front of the house).
