Hotel la Casa Cielo Solo Adultos

This is a little hotel with restaurant Aroma. Bert Nice design, hot shower in a large bath room. Super friendly staff. Great delicious, healthy meals. Try the octopus or shrimp salad. Three course Breakfast included in the price. Firm bed, not too noisy ac. The private garden was really nice: as there are no clubs with loungers, they created a nice ground with wooden loungers and great mattresses. Our room had a private little garden with outside shower. We very much loved to stay here.

What a lovely spot! It's not the easiest place to get to but well worth it. The rooms are comfortable with beautiful views of the gulf. Each room has two comfy chairs and a table outside the room. Breakfast is included and is quite good. Every meal we had there was tasty. The pool was clear and the loungers were comfortable. It would be nice if there were beach chairs that could be carried down to the water. El Cuyo is not the place for those who need constant entertainment, bars on the beach and a vibrant nightlife. What makes Casa Cielo stand out are the people who work there. Every single person was kind and helpful. They made out stay outstanding. Unfortunately, I had a medical issue and had to head back to Cancun to the Hospiten. Walter made all the arrangement for our transportation there. He even checked in with my husband to see how I was doing. I was extremely pleased with our stay at Casa Cielo.

Great hotel for rest but it should have TV in the rooms.

Newer boutique hotel. Very clean. Very kind and accommodating staff. A few steps from the beautiful, mostly empty beach. They have starlink WiFi service which is a plus. Restaurant is delicious.

El Cuyo is very quiet. A place to go and relax, not for parties or instagramers. The hotel was great, excellent staff. Nice pool and directly on the beach. All you hear are waves and birds

This hotel was perfect in a way; there are a few notes ill make that i hope the ownerS can take into considerationThe reception had african masks and i thought maybe the owner is french. The arrival was a bit disastrous. No receptionist, no bell, no one in site. I waited roughly 20 minutes rather than being in the water before sunset which was my aim. When they guy arrived he didn't apologize and the worst part is that he took a girl that arrived after me and she was already checked in and had tons of questions for her ride to Cancun the next day.. which i felt was inappropriate considering i arrived first and i had not checked in. As the check in continued, the receptionist said he liked my eyes (ok fine) and then asked my age (so strange). Then he walked me to my room that was tight (not a lot of space to walk around) and he stayed there for over ten minutes (not exaggerating !!!) showing me the fan and the bathroom and telling me no one could see in the window in the bathroom and touching my shirt to show me i can hang my clothes... i mean come on.. who doesnt know what a hanger is. He finally left me alone but it was a little uncomfortable. I don't think he meant anything bad but it wasn't professional. Now for access to the rooms, there is a large step. If you have a leg or knee problem, it's a steep step. I am not sure why they didn't just add a smaller step like they did to get to breakfast.
