Even if the hotel is ok and they have good breakfast the star we met when we checked had a really wrong attitude, not to say disrespectful. They lied about the kitchen being closed at 20:30, lied about the bar being closed before 22h, gave us an awful drink to take to our room to stop pestering them, it was not even what we asked for and wanted to pay for. A woman of the staff was openly aggressiv with us. I thank the manager who understood what happened and apologized about the situation. It ruined our plans.

We were a family of 5, with 3 little kids. We stayed there for 4 nights. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The food was great, and the staff was very kind. Very recommended. Location. was ok. walking distance to the lake and to center of the lively small town

Stayed in Sept for 3 nights as part of a road trip to France/Germany..... Hotel is well positioned and easy to find, able to park outside whilst we sorted check in and parking. Check-in smooth and good info given, we'd pre-booked parking so again this was all explained, spaces are in car park next to hotel (private spaces in a public parking area, controlled by key/remote and you get an allocated space). Hotel in part of the train station but there was no real noise/issues from this and i actually quite liked people watching the trains etc ..... Hotel room was quite modern, concrete floors and we had one with a balcony overlooking the town/scenery (opp to train etc) so all rooms face into town not station. Room has everything you need, good bathroom and electric blinds etc .... no tea/coffee in room but you can grab one from reception/rest during hours etc and there is a great cafe at station open from 6am ........ Breakfast was great, lots of options so something for everyone. Overall a good option for the town, well placed, clean and comfortable .......

This hotel is converted from the railway station buildings but has no character sadly. Nice large room and lovely bathroom. Breakfast was good. Really didn't need to be told in no uncertain terms to take our room key as it operated the lift. This happens regularly in hotels. We paid for parking nearby. The staff were helpful but not overly friendly. We will be returning in a few weeks time so obviously we found it suitable.

We had 3 very comfortable nights at this hotel. Beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were very spacious. Although our room backed onto the station it was surprisingly quiet and not a problem. The food is very good, especially the Fit and Fun burger, if you like vegetarian, and the apple strudel. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Would certainly recommend a stay here.

Nice location next to the train station, close to the Badeparadies (Swimming pool), and just 5 minutes away from the lake. At nights it could be complicated to sleep because they do not have air conditioning (as 90% of hotels in germany) but they get you a fan. Breakfast is good and has manay options.

Hotel is modern inside,good location,good breakfast,modern room an bathroom 2 floor ,where are small rooms,wifi signal almost non existant.It is very important for foreigners.At the site of hotel written that wifi is in all areas.Lie!

This hotel is incredible! Perfect location in Titisee. We stayed here for the peace and quiet but also to go to the Christmas market in the gorge. Very easy to get shuttles to and from the Christmas market. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, & kind. The room is soooo clean and the bed is very comfy. The rain shower is amazing. We loved that they are a green facility. Highly, highly recommended!
