Great Host, But Upstairs Was Too Hot The host was very kind and responsive, and the house was clean and well-kept. Unfortunately, the upstairs bedrooms were extremely hot when we arrived, and there didn’t seem to be proper AC up there. Since that’s where the sleeping areas were, we decided not to stay and found a hotel closer to our family instead. The host was great to work with—it just wasn’t the right setup for us.

Staying in Tipp City Enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Home in Tipp City. Check in was easy and communication with the host was easy and much appreciated. The place was spotless and our two dogs loved the fenced in back yard. I highly recommend the house and plan on staying again!!

Cute! Just needed a place that was clean and pet friendly….definitely checked the boxes. Quiet neighborhood and loved the fenced in yard. Owner very communicative and house was exactly as described & photographed.

Love Tipp City We love the decor of the house. The fenced in backyard was so nice for the dogs. The front porch was so relaxing while sitting in a papasan. Sorry that we did not put a request in for toilet paper and paper towels. There was very little of each. There was none under the sink as mentioned. We love the style of the couch and the chairs but they are not comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Maybe a tv in the bedroom.

Nice weekend with my dogs Weekend trip with the dogs. Cute house in nice neighborhood. Well kept fenced yard a bonus. Hiked at three parks then enjoyed sitting on the back stoop to watch the sunset, while the dogs explored the yard. Everything was clean. It is an older home with painted floors and stairs so I had to be mindful to not slip. Comfortable bed. It was like staying the weekend at grandma’s house. Easy walk to town as it is just a block from Main Street. Would stay there again.
