In Tinos, the town by the port was my favorite, always bustling with lively shops and taverns, and where one could visit the gorgeous churches - this was all within walking distance to our hotel and so we very much enjoyed staying at the Tinos Resort Hotel. When we arrived, I was so pleased to see that it was adjacent to the little church of Agios Charalambos. It felt like a second home, full of beautiful furniture pieces and decorative as well as religious art from the resort’s founding family which we as guests appreciated to see in our surroundings. Meeting the owner and most hospitable host Andonis was like being greeted by an old friend who we knew we would miss once leaving Tinos. He and his staff made sure that we were comfortable and that we were having a nice time. Andonis encouraged us to thoroughly explore the town and also see some villages, something we might not have thought to do on our own but so glad we did. We were in a friendly atmosphere - we even made friends with the sweet dove on the balcony who was apparently a longtime resident. The balconies gave us a postcard-like view of the port and the sea, which we found to be breath-taking at all hours of the day. The pool was clean, quiet, and delightful. The breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious. Tinos Resort Hotel is a peaceful, immaculate and welcoming place where we appreciated the warm welcome, as well as the carefully selected and artistic decor - I couldn’t stop gazing at the lovely Murano lighting while relaxing in the living space. We could’ve easily stayed for a month, if it were possible, and get to enjoy the island and our spacious apartment a bit more. We know where we will book next time around! We highly recommend staying at this wonderful establishment which made our stay on this beautiful island all the more enjoyable.

Tinos Resort Hotel was wonderful. Mr. Antonis was a perfect host. He guided us to the best villages and places to eat. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was rich and plentiful. Congratulations to Mr. Antonis for his great hospitality!

The description of the hotel on the different platforms seems to be wrong and misleading. In best case missing information. First of all the size of the room in our check in confirmation was a totally different story than the room turned out to be, and what we measured. The kitchen was not equipped for use other than th glasses and a working fridge. It had one knife, and no spoons. There is a need to plan showering and use of bathroom as you need to heat the water for 30 minutes before you take a shower, the water pressure was very low, and the shower is only a hand held. In other words, not very modern nor according to 4 star hotel. The building and apartments are overall dated and it did not meet our expectations at all. Terrible value for money, as the price we paid was for a 4 star suite. We received a refund from the company we booked from, however the most important thing here is that information about hotel and suites are changed, so that any potential guests get more realistic expectation to this hotel before arrival.

We spent three comfortable nights at Tinos Resort Hotel, located in a quiet square a very short walk away from the port and town center. The suite was large, bright, well-equipped, and modern. Breakfast was generous. Antony is a gracious and attentive host, with helpful suggestions about restaurants, places to visit on the island, etc.

We stayed in a most wonderful suite at Tinos Resort. A last minute change to our plans meant we needed to find accomodation, we were very fortunate that Anton could assist us with a lovely suite. We stayed for 4 nights. The bed was really comfortable. Anton was welcoming and gracious, he was an amazing host, so helpful and generous. The suite was large and airy, very clean with all the facilities we required and with a view to the ocean . It was just perfect for our stay .The pool and surrounds were a lovely respite after a day of walking into town, which was not far. Anton thank you so much for your advice on where to visit, your local knowledge really added to our enjoyment of the island of Tinos, the map and your suggestions were all followed and we really loved the restaurant suggestions and attractions. Thank you Anton, our luxury suite and your wonderful care of us made our stay so much better.
