Las instalaciones estaban limpias, muy cerca de la línea, y la atención fue rápida y precisa!! Pronto volveré

Llegamos al hotel. No habia luz electrica. No existia atencion alli. Nos cumunicamos por whats app y nos comentarom q se iba a solucionar y no se soluciono el problema de la corriente. No existian toallas para bañarse. Ni jabon.ni papel sanitario. Ya despues no pudimos comunicarnos mas. No teniamos carga en los celulares Estabamos cansados de 6 horas de vuelo. No habiamos comido y la habitacion no era como se anuncia. No teniamos donde cocinar. Y al no haber corriente no podiamos cerrar la habitacion pues sistema electronico. Y pues obviamente no nos sentimos seguros. La situacion de la corriente no se soluciono hasta el otro dia y decidimos retirarnos hacia otro hotel esa misma noche, apenas estuvimos alli una hora y al ver q no habia solucion nos fuimos Por esa razon nunca ocupamos la habitacion y les tratamos de contactar por la aplicacion y siempre dicen q no es el horario para llamar. Asi q desafortunadamente nos sentimos estafados. Pues escribimos a la aplicacion y nunca una respuesta acerca de al menos un reembolso pero nada.

The stove did not work they were supposed to fix it never came we had no toilet paper room wasn’t ready until 6pm and place was still dirty only on cooking spoon a spatula and no lid for the blender reached out and until now no response took me so long just to check in since I didn’t receive a code life entrance and room a lot of ppl were going through the same problem owner wouldn’t answer and they had a hard time honestly the place is ok but I don’t recommend it if you don’t want to stress it’s very stressful also there is no ac be prep for it to be hot

My stay was amazing and fun the property is great this is my 2 time staying here

1) Getting back to this place is a cluster of confusion. It’s right at the border so google made us go thru the lanes going back to San Diego. We got lost and went in circles trying to get back, and several times having to drive tall the way to ask the Federales if we could make a U turn back into TJ. 2) I experienced bad communication with the host, needed clean towels and it took 2 days for them to reply back and get me towels. 3) sent pictures of damages to host and got no acknowledgment back from them. There was some sort of grease squirted on the ceiling, walls were dirty window being held shut with a piece of string.
