Ocean Front Getaway With Private Beach Access

If you like cold showers and inattentive owners then this is the place for you. To begin, I have been using VRBO for nearly 15 years and have a near perfect guest rating. This will be the first negative comment I’ve ever had to leave and I have struggled with the idea of breaking that streak, but ultimately decided to move forward hoping I could save others from similar frustrations.Although there were several subpar concerns with this property, ultimately, it was the lack of and quality of the owner communication that triggered this review. The owner was unresponsive and seemed very put off when we asked for help with restoring the hot water in the master bathroom shower. While he did send the maintenance team to come over and address the issue, it was never resolved and there was zero follow-up from the owner as to what the problem was and/or a potential work around…ZERO! Over the years, I have had similar situations with property issues that come up and the owners have always been cordial and responsive, therefore, I’ve never felt the need to post negative comments. Clearly, that was not the case for this trip and we actually ended up leaving a day early. Hope this helps and safe travels.
