The room is designed amazingly, beds are comfortable, food is excellent! Everything was perfect. Keep the high standards and keep making the hotel interesting. TV with Netflix made our vacation even better. Staff are nice and accommodating.

This is a unique place, comprised of tranquil atmosphere, outstanding love and care, and surrounding nature. We can as a couple to celebrate my 60'th birthday and the place was higher than our expectations in almost every aspect. We would love to come back.

stayed here for 4 days. Beautiful hotel, very nice rooms. We had a room on the 6th floor suite with a beautiful view of the lake. Some remarks very noisy in the week at the pool ... reservation of the loungers at the pool is no longer of this time people lay towels early in the morning and then block everything. Breakfast is disorder and unhygienic Nespresso coffee machine did not look like nespresso would see this 😬machine for hot water terrible…😳very loud music at breakfast….I had reported this but no visible improvement sorry because the location is beautiful…I suspect the European level has different standards 😉

The pictures online look great but the rooms, hallways, pool chairs and common areas needs some major TLC!! We changed rooms right when we arrived (did not like the second floor with filthy lounge chairs and barely a view). We were moved to a higher floor. The two rooms we were in were not the cleanest. The bathroom had a black hair stuck to the door with an added bonus of pink lipstick smear by the door handle. The paint was chipping and the extra lounge was quite dirty. The furniture was worn and marked up. I felt I needed to wear the slippers while in the room. Common area couches and pool loungers were dirty and were screaming to be cleaned! The hallways to the rooms were disgusting and stained. Now to the good part….breakfast buffet was great and the Lotte restaurant was excellent. I like nice places and maybe this is one of the nicest in the area….I would hate to see the average places.

We came to stay in this hotel to relax before the day before we go to our fathers grave as a family. At 10 pm we hear a concert when we got back from dinner. We asked when it would be over. They said half an hour. So we all got ready for bed. After 35 min I called the front desk. Then10 min later again. She gave me same answer. She needs to check. At 5 min to 11 I called and she told me it can go all night. And offered to change our rooms. We’re all unpacked in bed at 11pm. If you are a party hotel, or know you’re having a concert tell your guests before you put them in the rooms above the concert deck. This was a terrible experience.

Visually stunning but highly variable close up. Stained deckchair cushions, chipped paint in the elevators detracts from lovely bedrooms and a great location. Ordering pre dinner drinks took 20 minutes and English speaking staff were friendly but often ineffective It could be world class and instead it is a lovely hotel but highly inconsistent
