This was a once in a lifetime experience. The cabin we stayed at was amazing! We had our own bathroom, shower and a beautiful view of the rice fields. I can highly recommend the 3 days and 2 nights trip. We arrived during lunchtime and were greeted with nothing but amazing and kind people. The children were adorable (they love it if you bring small gifts for them) and the staff were always helpful. The food we ate was very good and of typical vietnamese cuisine. The trekking was very light. We walked on nice paths the whole way around 14km (and ca. 400m upwards). We experienced beautiful rice fields and mountains in the Ha giang region. I recommend going in May because we were the only people on the lkdge at the time and it was at the start of the seeding prosess. This meant that we saw many locals doing their day to day work witch was very interesting. The rice fields are green at this point, but becomes golden later in the year. There are many insects in the cabins, especially at night, but you are provided with a net over the bed.

great location, super friendly staff, very good dinner with fresh food from the garden. Overcome a difficult road to have a perfect vacation. highly recommend this Lodge to stay and activities Thanks and will definitely be back. Cheer cheer!

We stayed two nights in a private bungalow at the Hoang Su Phi Lodge. The accommodation was quite basic but the location was superb and very convenient for hiking in the beautiful terrain around, all the rice fields and mountains. Breakfast was ok on the first morning when there was a large French group staying but disastrous the second day after they had checked out. - it really was a case of fending for yourselves!! Thanks to our guide he was able to conjure up a couple of eggs and a bit of fruit! It was very cold when we arrived but at least the hotel did give us a heater to try and warm our room.

Accueil chaleureux et familial Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis comme des membres de la famille. Notre hôte était aux petits soins, comme à la maison. Nourriture comme dans un très bon restaurant vietnamien, délicieuse et authentique. Nous avons goûté aux plats traditionnaux vietnamiens de la région et nous nous sommes régalés. Visite et trek avec un guide adorable. Il a était un excellent accompagnateur, à l'écoute de nos envies de la plus belle des manières. Nous avons eu l'occasion de découvrir la région et ses habitants, au plus près de leur culture. Nous avons visité des villages traditionnels, rencontré des familles locales et appris beaucoup sur leur mode de vie. Séjour authentique et mémorable au delà de nos espérances. Nous avons séjourné dans un cadre magnifique, loin de l'effervescence de Sapa, et profité du calme et de la nature pour nous ressourcer. Merci pour tout....CẢM ƠN

Muchas gracias por la experiencia inolvidable en Hoang Su Phi Lodge. La habitación es muy bonita y conveniente, con la vista desde la ventana hermosa. El trekking pasa los paisajes que me sorprenden muchísimo, especialmente los arrozales en terrazas. El servicio es muy bueno, con spa y baño con hojas medicinas, que me hace relajarme. Los personales también son amables, especialmente la recepcionista Hien y chofe de motor Vui. En general, 10/10 puntos. Una lástima es que ahora no es tiempo de cultivo de arroz. En septiembre, voy a volver, porque es el tiempo más bonito, con el color amarillo de los arrozales.
