Fabulous stay at Monsoon Retreat in one of their treehouses. It's an incredibly relaxing place, so special with the most amazing hosts. Srini and Keshav and everyone else there took great care of us. Highly knowledgeable of the area and everything botanic they gave us advice on what to do etc. Don't be put off by the fact it's a bit out of the way. It's absolutely worth it and you will not regret it. Highly recommended 👌

Tree house in a forest like environ is my first experience. Lot of birds all around. just spent whole 2 days relaxing and watching birds. one horn bill came and pecked at my glass window. variey of birds all around..white bellied treepies, whishtling thrush, Racket tailed drongoes and lot of other birds which I could not identify names. Awesome experience. Simple home made kerala break fast. Very good tea.

The rooms were clean and cozy, the location was peaceful with beautiful surroundings, and the hospitality was top-notch. Very medicore rooms.....best for nature lover but won't suggest for families with kids. They have traditional breakfast which kids doesn't like. The location is very far from the market area, so couldn't find anything nearby to the hotel. The owner and staff was very polite and hostile

A great find in the middle of a beautiful Cardamon plantation. Subish was a wonderful and very informative and helpful host - his mother was also an excellent cook. The tree house we stayed in had a lovely balcony surrounded by beautiful plants and exciting bird sounds. Very close to Thekkady, and Subish pointed us in all the right directions for getting the most out of our all-too-short stay. The bedroom and bathroom were excellent, as were the delicious breakfasts and one evening meal. Thoroughly recommended
