It was GREAT! We spent 10 days at the hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The entire hotel complex is excellent, with good facilities and outstanding horticulture. First and most important, the people who work there are very hospitable and ready to help you. Concierge KONSTADINA, that woman is something else. The whole experience wouldn't be so good if she weren't there. She is thinking about everything, and she is everywhere! The beach is not that good, there are a lot of sharp stones, so you are going to need some shoes for going into the sea. That is the only small thing that I can find that wasn't perfect. We visited as a family of 3 last week of August and into September for a total of 10 nights and loved every minute of it! The hotel has 3 seperate pools, plenty of sun loungers and 4 poolside cabanas and due to a lot of the rooms having their own private pools, the loungers were always plentiful and available at all times of the day. The seperate beach area also has plenty of loungers as well as some shaded areas with bean bags at the back and for the first week, there was only us and a few others there which made it ideal to relax and enjoy the sun. As others have said, it's a stoney beach so beach shoes are advised although there is a floating jetty which you can get to by walking on the pebbles briefly but once on it, you can get to the sea easily via that. For an all-inclusive, there wasn't your usual vast choice like most offer and it was definitely a case of quality over quantity as the food was excellent. As part of the all-inclusive, we also got the choice to eat in the Oasis restaurant next door on one side and the Greek Taverna in the neighbouring Alexandra Beach hotel, both of which were really good quality and nice places to eat. The all-inclusive drinks were great too with plenty of choice. My only (minor) issue was that on the last day, I was told that a member of staff would come to our room before our transfer time to collect us and our luggage in a golf buggy to take us round to the Alexandra Beach to meet our transfer coach but that didn't happen and we had to rush there with our cases to ensure we made it. But for the holiday and experience that we had, this was my only complaint and overall, it was one of those holidays where none of us wanted to leave, it really was that good! What really makes the hotel though is the staff as they are so helpful and engaging, all whilst being friendly and polite and nothing was ever too much trouble. Special mentions to Kiki, Sofia, Thanos and Alex but everyone is a credit to the hotel and thank you all for making the holiday special fo us!!
