Да, хубав и скъп хотел. Добро място близо до плажа, хубави и добре поддържани градини и алеи. Като цяло съм доволен от престоя. Не ми хареса факта, че хладилника в стаята беше съвсем празен и не беше зареден дори с елементарна бутилка питейна вода. Подобни хотели от този клас за 300 евро на вечер, имат не само напълно зареден с продукти хладилник, но и като комплимент към гостите всеки ден оставят бутилка вино, питейна вода и плодове. Това е моето мнение за този хотел.

We enjoyed our stay during Easter holiday. There was lunch for Easter with live music. Friendly staff, clean rooms and hotel areas, good food in the restaurant. I love the smell of the fresh herbs in the gardens of the hotel. I was only disappointed that there is no kettle in the rooms.

Great service at the beach bar from Vasia and Elener what friendly smiley faces every day nothing is too much trouble such a lovely atmosphere real service with a smile we loved that they did everything with a big smile and jolly. The staff over all at the resort could not be faulted they are all so helpful and friendly thanks to them we had a great time in Thassos

Beautifully kept hotel, wonderful views, spectacular sunsets, pebble beach with free sunbeds and a great beach bar run by the hotel. Both hotel and rooms are kept spotlessly clean, the buffet food is of a very good quality and choice with fresh vegetables, fruit and herbs from their own gardens. Staff are wonderful, particularly Ireni and Vasia who made our holiday so special for us, thank you girls!!! We will be back.

This was return visit to Alexandra Beach Hotel as we came 5 years ago and fell in love with it. The setting is incredible, the most beautiful island and location. There have been a few very small things that have made the trip less relaxing as a family with 2 small children and it’s such a shame as they could be so easily fixed and we wonder how many more reviews like this will start appearing as we witness the same issues affect others. You’re unable to order food and drinks at the pool bar and have to wait for someone to come to you, but the staff are few and though they work very hard there just aren’t enough of them and it’s hard to feel relaxed when you spend most of the time trying to catch someone’s eye in the few times they circle the area or eventually decide to seek someone out who is often offended you’ve asked. The staff at dinner are similarly thin on the ground or are only able to do their specific task I.e. clearing plates or replenishing buffet food and if you ask them if you can order a drink you’ll be told you need to wait for the correct member of waiting staff which is difficult when they’re so busy. We are a really polite and friendly family and we’ve had a few instances of real rudeness by the waiting team and I can only put that down to them being overworked and not taken care of well enough by the hotel perhaps. The room is absolutely fine but again could be vastly improved by furniture that served as storage rather than a lot of surfaces and a few hangers. It felt very cluttered and overwhelming not having much storage or space outside to hang things to dry and there is a lot to dry as a family of 4! It was all extremely slippery and a non slip mat in the bathroom would have made a huge difference had they provided one or if we’d been able to locate one in the shops. Aside from these small things that unfortunately have had quite an impact on our experience here, the beach staff are wonderful, as are the reception staff and generally people around the hotel are so welcoming and friendly. The restaurant and bar staff are visibility struggling and that’s a shame. Amazing location, stunning, but truthfully we’d not stay again and wouldn’t recommend it for families with small children.

This was our second time to this hotel as we loved it so much the first time and the second time did not disappoint! Please don't be put off by the transfer, it is a very short transfer to the ferry, 45 min ferry crossing and hourish to the hotel but it is so worth it. We were given the same room number as the first time which we requested (Suite with Private Pool). The room is incredible! We had a few treats as returning customers in the room which was lovely. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly and accommodating. We had an early return transfer and were given a breakfast box which was a really nice touch (we didn't receive this the first time so they must have added this in since). They should definitely continue to do this. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I'm sure we will be returning once again very soon 😊

We visited as a family and found this hotel very good, staff were wonderful and always helpful. Dining was a pleasure food was good and staff very friendly. The bar staff were good especially the beach bar girls helpful and could not do enough to make your visit pleasurable. Rooms were clean and towels and bedding changed at regular intervals. Yes there were children about but this should be expected if it’s a family hotel. Grounds and gardens were well maintained. I would certainly recommend this hotel and visit again at some point

Wonderful Hotel it’s set in a a wonderful garden Tomatoes all sorts of Fruit Trees all used in the kitchen, Wonderful staff the typical Friendly Greece people who I Love. Restaurant excellent again staff fabulous especially Athena and Konstantina (Dina) they all made our Holiday very special.The wonderful Girls at the Beach Bar Eirini , Vasia & Elene Bravo Bravo Bravo, made us so happy and welcome it was a pleasure meeting them . The Hotel have wonderful Staff ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Just returned after spending a wonderful week away in this delightful hotel which offers Greek hospitality at its finest.We were efficiently checked in after been greeted with a glass of Prosecco and showed to our suite which was a wow!The suite which resembled a private villa was an immense size with ample storage space and the highlight was the private pool which I was in everyday of our stay.We were staying half board and found the breakfast to be much more appealing than the evening meal but saying that, I am pescatarian and never felt that there wasn’t anything to indulge in especially dessert wise.I am all in for sustainable tourism so I was very impressed with the hotels own vegetable plots and the gardener even brought us fresh berries to try which had been freshly picked from the plot in front of our suite.All staff we encountered were friendly and engaging and nothing was too much trouble as any issue was sorted swiftly with minimum fuss.We did eat out a couple of times in Potos for a change so to add to the local economy and we found a great bar called “IONI” which is next to a lovely sandy beach as opposed to the hotel one which was far too pebbly for my liking.If you want a quiet week away with wonderful Greek hospitality at a fantastic price then this is the place for you and do book a suite with a private pool for that little bit of luxury as you won’t be disappointed.
