I recently stayed at what was advertised as a 4-star hotel, and unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations in several key areas. The only redeeming quality of this establishment was its prime location near the beach, which made for a pleasant view and easy access to the sand. However, that’s where the positives ended. Firstly, the lack of dining options in the vicinity was quite disappointing. There were hardly any restaurants within walking distance, which made meal planning a challenge. To compound this issue, I found a sign in my hotel room stating that ordering from Lieferando was prohibited. The hotel’s lounge restaurant had an early closing time of 9:30 PM, which is unusual for a hotel of this caliber. I attempted to enjoy a meal there but was met with further disappointment. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, expecting a simple dish of chicken and bacon bits, but to my shock, it came with unexpected fish pieces. Thankfully, I am not severely allergic to fish, but this could have been a severe health risk for someone with such allergies. The room was basic and far from the standard I expected of a 4-star hotel. It was also incredibly noisy; I could hear every movement in the hotel, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was another letdown. The presentation was lackluster, and the staff serving it were unfriendly. It was clear that the employees were overworked, juggling responsibilities at the front desk, restaurant, and other areas of the hotel. This lack of attention and care greatly impacted the overall experience. In summary, I would suggest avoiding this hotel if you have higher expectations for your stay. The combination of limited dining options, basic and noisy accommodations, and unfriendly service does not warrant its 4-star rating. Save your money and look elsewhere for a more enjoyable experience.

We arrived and had to wait for a long time before someone dealt with us at reception. Our TV broke down and could only be fixed the next day. There are serious issues due to lack of staff. Existing staff really tries to help, and they do everything they can. But there are no managers available to speak to, e.g. there was no night manager at the hotel.

Old, overpriced and lousy service. The hotel charged over 200 euros for a tiny dark room that needs a lot of maintenance and upgrade. The breakfast was an absolute mess, with no staff cleaning up any table until all tables were filled up with dishes and left overs. The started cleaning around 10:00am when arriving gusts had nowhere to sit. There is no parking available for hotel guests and staff is not really interested to explain what the rules or options are on finding a parking spot for your car.

We stayed in this dump from the 21sr to 23rd July and I can honestly say it was the 2nd worse hotel we have ever stayed in. We travel frequently on short distance and long distance holidays. The room was small and the ceiling was patched all over. The bathroom was extremely small and not very well equipped. The room itself was quite small and if there was air conditioning it could not have been working. The reception was not very helpful and they did not have a map of the area. Breakfast was not that good and left us looking for a mid morning snack. The beach was good but it was extremely windy for the 2 days we spent in this Hotel. Walking along the path to Den Haag was a constant worry that a bicycle rider does not mow you down. The reason I give this hotel a one star is that the cost for 2 nights €350 which was the nail on the coffin. If I was in the region again I would stay in Den Haag as the Hilton is about the Sam price!

Heerlijk avondje in mooi hotel met 3 gangen dinerbon , leuke gastheer, lekker eten, oldies muziek, kortom erg sfeervol, jammer dat we geen nachtje konden blijven.Dessert mocht ik ook de winterse verkenning striopwafellatte, die was heerlijk

Wij hadden het hotel via vakantie veilingen maar hiervoor is elke euro er 1 te veel. Erg slecht hotel. Kamer ziet er niet uit en is erg slecht onderhouden. Snacht veel herrie van de straat. Savonds erg benauwd. Onvriendelijk personeel. Enigste voordeel is dat het dicht bij het strand zit.
