A very nice small hotel, we stayed one night as we had a Pullman dinner booked on the KESRailway (which was superb). Very comfortable, friendly owners and a nice continental breakfast. Within easy reach of many tourist attractions. Tenterden is also a very pleasant town to visit.

The Print House is a lovely old building that has been wonderfully decorated. The welcome was very warm and freindly and we felt instantly at ease. The food in the restaurant and at breakfast was lovely and the range of locally sourced products is great. The Proofing Room, our lovely little room, had the most comfortable bed I can remember, we slept like logs after a delicious meal ( you just can’t beat a great burger 😀). Looking forward to returning again to further explore this lovely area.

We had a fantastic stay, the staff was so attentive. As soon as we entered we had a warm welcome from Paula, great service from Yvette and a delicious meal by Martin. Enjoyable evening chatting to other guests.🥰 The room was spotless and cosy, we had a comfortable night. Lovely choice of breakfast continental or cooked or both. We were thoroughly spoilt, thank you. 💕

Initially booked The Print House as was looking for a place to stay whilst visiting Chapel Down Winery five mins away, and boy, I'm glad we did. Beautiful property, very welcoming hosts (thank you Andrew, Shona and Team) and wonderful food all made for a much needed break away. The six rooms are beautifully decorated (we stayed in The Proofing Room), clean, smart and with every small touch you need for a short stay. They helpfully also provide a taxi service to Chapel Down and we enjoyed a fantastic meal in the evening (the wild garlic risotto was heaven). Chapel Down itself is a must-visit! We enjoyed the cheese and wine tour which was first class. Overall, an excellent stay and we look forward to returning.

I use to live in Tenterden many years ago, and use to drink in the William Caxton as it was called then back in the day. Shona & Andrew have transformed the place, and I can since I have been coming to stay in Tenterden, it’s the nice place for a good nights sleep. Lovely breakfast too!

Such a lovely place to stay. From the friendly welcome to the fabulous breakfast, we loved it! The rooms were so quirky, individually styled with beautiful detail and special touches. It was clean and comfortable, we had a great nights sleep and also enjoyed a glass or two of local wine in the bar!

What a lovely little place, intimate-only 6 rooms..all different, informal and beautifully and sympathetically refurbished. Particularly love the little snug with rich jewelled velvet colours offset by centuries old beams. Really lovely restaurant and bar, jazz playing softly and unobtrusively in the background, serving excellent food using local high quality ingredients. Breakfast was equally good, table all laid out with juice, pastries, yoghurt and delicious fruit purée topped with granola, my husband opted for a cooked breakfast too at a small surcharge which he assured me was very good. Our room had a large comfortable bed, really good shower,and we found everything we needed, and more. Great little coffee machine too. What really stood out here was the attention to detail, and high quality of everything. The owners have poured their heart and soul into this hotel. We were passing through and only stayed the one night, but would love to return and explore the area.

Wow what a gem! A fantastic gastro pub/inn experience from start to finish. Where to start! The team have recently refurbed the common areas and rooms with a very trendy individualistic feel/look with attention to detail everywhere at every turn. The attention to detail is followed through to the customer experience with the staff being friendly & knowledgeable about the local area/food & drink. The menu had the right amount of choice emphasising seasonal and local produce with the food itself being some of the best I’ve experienced from a gastro pub/inn in recent years. Worth every penny and looking forward to returning.

Lovely stay, lovely hosts. Accommodation and breakfast was spot on. Shona and the team made me feel really welcome. Good selection of drinks in the bar and the lounge area was very relaxing. Room was spacious and really good facilities. Thank you for a great stay.
