Excellent location , clean and safe , rooms are spotless clean and Simon is a great host. Really recommend

I assume we were very unlucky based on other revues. we were given bedroom 4, std double bed with tubular head and tail boards, which caught your leg due to lack of space on left side. Bed and two bedside cabinets defined the room width at that point and was the only storage, no wardrobe, no chairs (a small stool was provided) there was no room for anything further. Clothes were hung on plastic hangers on hooks in the lobby and bedroom walls. Worst of the lot the only window, light and ventilation was via the ensuite, can this be right, would like to query with authorities. Room lobby took valuable space. This room was sold as Luxury Double, total misrepresentation. Query room number when booking if offered 4 go somewhere else

A very last minute booking (the same afternoon) on a very busy weekend (carten 🚲) I was greeted by Simon who was super welcoming & kind. The room was clean, large & smelt lovely. The bed was SO comfy! Breakfast was wonderful with a large selection of hot and cold food/drinks. My gluten intolerance was no issue for Simon who happily sorted some gluten free toast! Thanks for a lovely stay! We will be back :)

Had a lovely fews days in one of the apartments, in the same street, that belong to the hotel. Simon the owner could not have been friendlier and the accommodation was super, with absolutely everything provided. Planning another visit later in the year. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, lovely view of the beach and Simon, our host was so nice. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good and set us up for the day. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Simon.

We were so lucky to choose the Farnham, everything was just perfect. In twist of fate we ended up staying there twice, once for 4 nights in room 2 which was excellent, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, the bed was very comfortable. Our second stay for for 3 nights in room 5 which was equally perfect and came with a view of the beach. All in all it exceeded all of our expections and we can't wait to return. Simon, the owner was most hospitable.
