Was really surprised with the area. It was in a really nice location there is a market place 10 minutes away with so much to do it was really clean, the room almost looked like it had never been used as some appliances still had wrapping on them. Would choose this hotel again. Checkin was fast, employee even showed us the best way to get to our concert venue and reminded us about the free breakfast.

밤 늦도록 바깥이 시끄러운 것과 숙소 내부에 위치한 냉난방기 팬 소음을 제외하면 최고입니다. 작은 주방도 너무 좋아요.

It would have been nice to have a fitted sheet that fits the mattress and a better coffee machine with a carafe that can actually pour liquid into the cup instead of all over the table.

Slightly misleading booking as it’s really a Hyatt Place not a next level up Hyatt. Also no disclosure of parking fee. I probably wouldn’t have booked it knowing the whole picture.

convenient, right next to ASU sports fields/arenas, walkable, much quieter than I would have anticipated given the area. Pool was much smaller than it seemed in the pictures, and there is no hot tub. Overall, though, a very pleasant stay.

Place is clean and nice, seems new. The room is quaint but comfortable, you have everything you need. The area seems safe, next to ASU but quite tranquil.

The suite I rented was about the size of a small apartment, super roomy and nicely outfitted with some comfortable furniture. Great bathroom, bed was comfy. Check in was super simple.

Everyone was helpful and I was comfortable. But why no recycling? And at breakfast why only 2 trashes so far away from the food that one had to walk a ways to throw away tea bag covers, honey containers, etc, in the middle of putting together breakfast ?

I like that the property was minutes away from my business location, that was convenient. No traffic! And the rooms were just the right space needed for my business trip. Thank you!

I didn’t have any of the complimentary breakfast but the rooms were very nice. Clean, and staff was amazing

Excellent property. Would stay again. Only disappointment was the bar by the pool wasn't open.
