酒店工作人員很熱情友好，有主動幫拿行李到房間，酒店位置很好，在小鎮廣場中心，房間比較乾淨，有暖氣，價格很實惠並且包括早餐，早餐比較簡單但能吃飽，有水果、麥片、牛奶、酸奶…, 在歐洲這個價格已經算很便宜了，值得入住

Well. I am originally from Prague and while traveling around the country with my American husband, I have booked this hotel via US booking website. I read the reviews, but hoped for the best since the hotel is located right in the city center of historic UNESCO Telc which is a truly beautiful place. Once we entered the hotel, we found nobody at the front desk. We rang the bell for about 10 mins. First the waitress came around, which did not speak English nor Czech. Then another man came around who also did not help and was keep yelling for the boss. The boss/manager appeared. I try usually speak English so my husband can help and understand but this mean was completely ignoring me and barely was even responding to me in Czech. He informed us that we booked basic hotel room and if we want shower and breakfast, we have to pay extra. I have quickly checked this information and price on the booking website. The price was cheap so we agreed to this as we were tired after long drive. The manager told us that he is giving us superior VIP room with views of the square. Ok, room was nice and clean although dated. No Wi-Fi in the room, only outside and in the common areas, which was very annoying. Shower was ok as well and luckily worked fine. The breakfast spread in the morning was definitely not fresh The manager told us to have dinner at the restaurant which we did not, per the negative reviews. There are better places to eat in Telc! Overall, our stay was ok but the manager was giving me weird vibes, especially as he was keep reminding us that he did us a solid and gave us better room! The hotel was empty, so honestly they should be happy that anybody even stay there given 90% of the reviews are very negative. The location of the hotel is superb, but the staff doesn't seem to care and is overall rude and inattentive.

Abbiamo preso un insalata nulla di speciale i pomodori un po vecchi.....ed un altro piatto...niente di veramente buono. Questo è un ristorante e hotel quindi si suppone prende carte di credito....invece NON SONO ACCETTATE CARTE DI CREDITO. il manager voleva solo contanti e nessuna ricevuta. In un hotel del genere con ristorante annesso senza carta di credito mi sembrava impossibile! Molto maleducato e scortese il mamager anzi direi cafone, e io per non discutere ho pagato in contanti e sono andata via. Mai piu
