텔라마르 리조트(Telamar Resort)

I booked two rooms and only got one when i got to the hotel, also they didn’t offer any solution until midnight when i obviously was already too late. The hotel staff said they would file a report and make a refund.

Rooms are very outdated, poor service, very low the area around the pool and the restaurant and limited choices for dinning.

The resort accomodated our change request to stay one day less than we had planned. However we did have to contact a few people and the process was complicated to get this done. Nevertheless the resort was empty and entertainment was ok given the circumstances. The food was good and the drinks were small. The rooms are confortable but the beds are dated. Overall this was a confortable stay.

We waited 30 minutes to be able to get into the room. Once the room was ready. It had a very strong smell to chemicals. We left the doors opened but the smell did not go away. The is beautiful and the slides as well. I think it needs a little more cleaning with vacuum as you can see very dark spot, specially close to the bar. Also, the pool urgently needs a layer of new materia, under the water it was very scratchy when is suppose to be smooth. The water sprinklers needs a water pressure as well, there is a a lot of molding growing in there. On the hood side, I felt very safe in this hotel. They is security in the perimeter. All the staff was very polite. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel even before the 3 PM. The hotels is huge. You can walk around or have a run in the beach. The pool design was amazing. The water flow is continuous, the grading from the shallow to the deepest was very well done and I would feel very safe to let my kids swing around. That pool is huge.

We went for a family trip, 4 adults, my wife, my parents in law and my 5 years old daugter. We had great vacations. The pool is quite big, there is room for everybody. My daugther loves the water slides. The room was clean and good. The beach was clean and also my daugther loves it. The staff were friendly specially Nicole, at the towels section and also helps my daugther with her hand painting. We will come back again.

I have some friends that live on the city that i will like to meet and have a drink on the beach bar they but the hotel have a extreme policy of nobody's that not staying at the hotel can visit , I been in many resorts around differents countries and that never have been an issue ,. So if you have friend and you whant to have a cup of coffe with them at one of there restaurants that not going to happen..

Telamar has the best location from Indura, & la Ensenada...Bit is ran down. It does need remodeling in the pool area ASAP. From the outside the hotel looks like is decaying. Great location, amable staff & amazing gate greeter guards....SAFE! But water splash and pools need remodeling...

WE WERE ONLY STAYING FOR ONE AFTERNOON AND ONE NIGHT, WE TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST WE WOULD LEAVE THE PREMISES AT 7:00 A.M. WHICH WE DID. OUR RESERVATION WAS NOT AN ALL INCLUSIVE AND WHEN WE WERE OFERED THE ALL INCLUSIVE FOR 78 ADITIONAL DOLLARS, WE AGREED BUT DECLINE IT AFTER WE WERE INFOMED THAT WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO EAT THAT AFTERNOON SO WE WERE ONLY ALLOWED TO EAT DINER AND THE NEXT DAY. WE HAD NEVER BEEN DENIED ANYWHERE ELSE THE MEAL AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN.I GUESS THERE IS ALWAYS A FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING BU WE WERE NOT TO HAPPY WITH YOUR DECISION

It was great, the place was great, food was great, people very nice. I really enjoyed my stay
