Looking for a place to spend few days off, you go through alot of hotels here and there, but sometimes, while you search for any nice normal hotel to enjoy few days alone, you simply pick up the phone and wanna book it, right? But this is not the case with me, the nightmare of trying to book a room at the this hotel was just waste of time, calling and calling no answer, and once someone answer after a very very long time, its the wrong department, and after you do call again, and then someone will redirect you again, and after that, you need to call someone else, and after all that, the price goes up just wasting time trying to reach someone and book a room from the department of the hotel that suppose to do it for you, thats why they are there from the first place and thats why they tell you press 1 for this and press 2 for that. After a very long time of headache and no one answer, the prices went up on price as the waiting game and the unprofessionalism of this hotel, is simply a joke, so if booking a room in this hotel is a nightmare and customer service is awful , what wondering the real thing how it looks like, I think its a disaster. As they say, first impression is everything, so far everything is really really bad, bad customer service, no one get back to you, they dont answer the phone only after a very long time, and worse, they keep redirecting you and usually its the wrong department. What a joke in the hotel industry. To all my amazing loyal readers, now they are more than 53000 readers, you can check your self. I dont recommend this hotel from a a very bad customer service and wasting time, as I could simply just go with another hotel, but usually you always say, lets give them a chance, but when its been born bad, then its bad all the way. Save your self a headache and go with other hotels they know what's customer service means.
