The White House Hotel at Dizengoff Square

Отель понравился, расположение идеальное - в центре и до набережной близко; кафе и вся другая инфраструктура рядом. Номер не маленький и довольно аккуратный, за свои деньги по ценам Тель-Авива по-моему хороший вариант. Улица совсем рядом, поэтому по утрам шумно. Девушка на рецепции всегда в доступе, помогала и отвечала на все наши вопросы, большое спасибо!

Got this really cheap on Agoda..$170 for 2 nights including tax. For $85 in one of the most expensive cities in the world, I cannot complain that much as it was my own room with my own bathroom (I will stay in hostels from time to time though). My room was right on DIzengoff which worried me due to the noise but the windows really drowned out any of the street noise and people are out there at all hours. It looked like the hotel tried to look modern but didn't fully do it. You could see mismatched furniture which looked like they were from a garage sale or something. The AC worked but wasn't that great as it clearly was old. I saw reviews mentioning mold. While I didn't see any, honestly I"d imagine nearly all hotels in humidity have it. No real front desk. I had to wait a few minutes when I arrived as the check in person wasn't there. Checking out was even more informal where you just leave your key at the hotel and hope they find it lol. All that being said, the room was clean, had a mini fridge, you were walking distance to restaurants and stores of all budgets, walking distance to the beach, and bus 445 (the airport bus) was right in front. Tip though for the airport....It doesn't leave all that frequently unless it's during normal hours. When my flight arrived it was after 11PM and service was I believe once an hour from the airport so I ended up paying for a taxi which was super expensive especially for 1 person but I didn't want to wait an hour in pure humidity after a 13 hour flight! When I left Israel for a 6 AM flight, I was able to take the 2:40 AM bus. At those really bad hours, it was every 2 hours but I was able to work around it for that time. I'm a female traveling alone and even at those hours there were still plenty of people on the street so I never felt unsafe. Honestly if you are on a budget and can get it cheap, it's fine.

Las fotos son de cuando lo inauguraron seguro. Solo nos quedamos una noche. Cuando llegamos, la recepcionista no estaba y la tuvimos que llamar por teléfono a un teléfono que había apuntado en un papel. Nos dio una habitación que no era la que habíamos reservado y encima nos dijo que nos estaba haciendo un favor porque habíamos llegado 30 minutos antes de las 15h y hasta las 15h no abrían la recepción. Le pedimos reservar un taxi para las 5 de la mañana y nos dijo que lo intentaría pero que estaba muy ocupada y que no sabría si podría... (No se, digo yo que si tu trabajo es estar en una recepción, tienes que dedicarte a ello, ¿no?). Tuvimos que reservar el taxi por nuestra cuenta en el hotel que está en frente, el Hotel Cinema Esther y ahí sin problema en el instante y sin ser inquilinos del hotel nos lo reservaron. Las terrazas están muy destartaladas y no ha pasado un fregón por ahí en mucho tiempo. La recepcionista, que nos habló francamente mal y fue muy déspota nos dijo que la llamásemos para ver si podía reservarnos el taxi a las 6 de la tarde. La llamamos y nunca nos cogió el teléfono. Luego me escribió un mensaje diciéndome que seguía muy ocupada y que no nos podía ayudar. Luego me escriben por whatsapp y me dicen que si necesito algo para que mi estancia sea mejor que se lo diga, cuando ya estaba en el aeropuerto de vuelta en mi país de origen (porque es un mensaje automático) Atención al cliente nefasta, horrible, inefablemente mal, instalaciones descuidadas y para nada como en las fotos (sobre todo las zonas comunes) y en general muy muy mal. He viajado por medio mundo y suele haber muchos sitios así, espero que si estás leyendo esto tengas suerte y no te encuentres con sitios como este en tu viaje.
