完全是詐騙。重覆收費 ！！！。平台也處理不了。收據都有了。怎杯嘢？麼不認數？？？？？？？對平台也非常失望

服務態度很不錯的

It’s nothing like what they show on the photos. First of all, there was a tiny cockroach on the counter of our room. The plates and cups in the drawer weren’t washed from the last visitors. Our shower was moldy and dirty, I didn’t risk going in there without my flip flops. The floor in the bedroom was covered in some waxy cleaning product, it felt weird to walk on it. The rooftop was supposed to be this cute hangout place with tables and hammocks but in reality everything was completely trashed, there was almost no furniture except a few chairs and sofa that looked like they just brought it from the garbage can. In the end, the place was advertised as “sound proof” and it said the neighborhood was supposed to be quiet but in reality there is a kindergarten right outside the window and every morning starts with kids yelling and blasting music which you can hear even with your windows closed. This stay was not worth the money at all.

This place is horrible, dirty, staff unfriendly owner its to say the least. I will attach pictures of when we arrive what we sow. Place is health hazard dirty. Microwave with rust. Toilet with germs basically completely not as described. One dining chair instead of two no coffee kettle in room as in description, missing remote for satellite box. And dirty everything. Leaking shower. If you use UV light Im sure would see more body liquids everywhere. When asked for kettle was told its not in the description but its in room pictures and under room facilities owner tried to make me like Im fool and its under all facilities- next time put roof and walls also under not room but building facilities LOL In pictures clean rooms in reality nothing like that. ( Health and safety hazard). Every time you ask for something you wait forever and then you will be asked to come down. Kettle we were given after fight with owner you gest it rusty too. Owner put cancelled on our booking at *********** after we left on 22.06.22 night so we cant leave review he does not like. Me and my wife stayed there from 18.06.22.06.22 *********** been informed and are investigating with full refund since its a fraud what owner is doing. I was smart enough to take pictures the night we left on 22.06 as all pictures have digital signature nowadays so its easy to prove we were there. Owner is a liar makes bad reputation to Je...ish people. I also got sick after staying there with upset stomach. Taking medication now and lab tests. Also many ....... users in this neighbourhood. Taking ****** ......... pipes on the street in day time and night. P.S last two pictures were taken when we left 22.06 night, after when owner put no show on *********** so you cant put review. I guess its not first time he is doing this so people don't see what bad place it is. What you reap is what you saw.
