그래서 이 리조트에서 보낸 마지막 날, 풀장가에 앉아 있을 때…(어제 이 리뷰를 쓸 생각이었지만 휴가를 온전히 경험하고 싶어서 다시 생각해냈습니다). 그래서 리셉션과 체크인부터 시작하겠습니다. 저는 외국인이기 때문에 호텔 직원 모두가 영어에 능통할 것이라고 기대하지는 않지만, 직원의 30%만이 영어를 구사합니다. 저는 이 리조트가 러시아와 터키 고객을 위해 더 잘 맞춰져 있다고 생각합니다. 저희 객실은 침실 2개와 욕실 2개, 미니바가 있는 모던한 객실이었습니다. 매우 편안하고 모던하며 깨끗했습니다. 호텔에서 제공한 모기 퇴치 플러그는 쓸모가 없었으므로 객실에 모기 퇴치 플러그를 가져오시기 바랍니다. 모기 퇴치제와 물린 후 사용은 필수입니다. 여기 고용된 직원 대부분이 정규직이 아닌 듯합니다. 고객 서비스가 형편없기 때문입니다. 여기서는 두 가지 속도로 일합니다... 천천히 일하고 멈춥니다. 약간의 훈련과 열정이 큰 도움이 될 것입니다... 제공되는 음식의 종류는 꽤 좋고 음료도 마찬가지입니다. 호텔은 다른 사람들이 남긴 이전 리뷰에서 확실히 배울 수 있습니다. 레스토랑에서 제공하는 음식에는 채식주의/비건인지 여부를 표시하고 재료와 함께 요리에 대한 간략한 설명이 있어야 합니다. 호텔의 위치는 훌륭하지만 상점, 지역 바/레스토랑 측면에서 도보로 25분 또는 지역 버스로 짧은 거리에 있습니다(1인당 편도 20리라 예상). 가족과 함께 올인클루시브 휴가를 보낸 것은 이번이 처음입니다. 전반적으로 우리 모두가 즐겼던 훌륭한 휴가였습니다. 하지만 호텔에서 고객 서비스를 개선해야 합니다. 때로는 결함이 있는 타워와 비슷합니다.

PROS: - Tasty good quality food, not much variety, but quality over quantity - Clean facilities, nice gym & pools - Beautiful resort - Big Rooms - Friendly staff - Babies friendly - Gave us a baby bath and a crib CONS: - Lack of proper organisation. Starting from cleaning team, mini bar replenishment, or the main restaurant. For example: *Plenty of times people knock ones and then just enter your room, giving you absolutely no time for reaction. This happened at least 5-7 times. *When asked for additional coffee creamer, they made sure we got two less next time. *On two occasions the restaurants opened too late resulting in huge crowds *2 hours before our check out, new guest were knocking on our door trying to speed things up. - Expensive “Extras” *140€ for a pavilion for a day at this time of the year is just a scam. *Massages starts from 100€ - 0 English * Understandable as this area is mainly Russian tourism, but it makes it difficult to communicate issues. *The only person who spoke perfect English was the towels guy, hope he get recognised or finds a better job. It’s a nice hotel, facilities 5/5, food 4/5, organisation 3/5. Unfortunately not one of those that you want to come back to. You can find much nicer hotels for the same price.

Definitely a hotel you want to return to! The hotel grounds are simply incredible, picturesque, every corner is green, flowers, palm trees, orange trees everywhere! For people who want to connect with nature - great! The rooms are in the bungalow and the main building. Updated, clean, bright rooms with modern stylish renovation. The rooms have high-quality cosmetics from a French brand. They are cleaned every day. The staff is polite, they will answer all your questions! For those who live in remote bungalow-type rooms, there is a hotel taxi that takes you around the hotel, very thoughtful and convenient. The cuisine is varied, there is plenty to choose from. The animation in the hotel is very cool. No one will be bored! The sea is simply incredible, clean! If you want to have a good rest - you should go to Movenpick! I was travelling with my wife and 1 yr old baby and before i start oir baby liked everything and this is most important for us. Weather,sea,area and rooms were beautiful but… how is it possible that there is 5 star hotel where nobody is speaking english? Guest relations,reception and so on, im not even going to talk how bad it was in bars and restaurants. Everybody wanted to speaks russian which is the only language we dont want to speak. Eventually we taught if we want to have little bit good time then we should and for our surprise they also dont know this language. So its a hotel where they cant speaks with costumers. And before hotel starts to say that we are stupid and they did everything good i just feel i need to say that i have been bartender and restaurant manager 15 years and my wife in travel agency 17 years. We have never seen so bad coatumer service anywhere in the world. This hotel answered to one review that they have experienced bartenders. Was this a joke? They literally dont know how to do anything you ask. One day they had menu and next day this wannabe bartender said they dont have it and if you dont know what they have in the menu they are not doing it. Most worst bars and restaurants in our country has better service and more knowledge about bars and this work overall. And when someone is thinking that we are too uptight and stay at home then yes next time if we need to choose home or this place then 100% home. This place just made me appriciate more the work im doing because here its below zero. So if you want to come to this hotel then learn turkish because they dont know how to speak any other language. Or if you will travel first time ever and dont know what to expect ( this hotel is best example how costumer service shouldnt work ).

Freshhhh!!! Firstly I must say hotel area wonderfull)) you are in nature .we felt so comfort specially at the beach and pool area was very funny with sport cheff erkan and also thanks mister onur from entertainment.. I go back home very freshhh thanks a lots Mövenpick!!
