그래서 이 리조트에서 보낸 마지막 날, 풀장가에 앉아 있을 때…(어제 이 리뷰를 쓸 생각이었지만 휴가를 온전히 경험하고 싶어서 다시 생각해냈습니다). 그래서 리셉션과 체크인부터 시작하겠습니다. 저는 외국인이기 때문에 호텔 직원 모두가 영어에 능통할 것이라고 기대하지는 않지만, 직원의 30%만이 영어를 구사합니다. 저는 이 리조트가 러시아와 터키 고객을 위해 더 잘 맞춰져 있다고 생각합니다. 저희 객실은 침실 2개와 욕실 2개, 미니바가 있는 모던한 객실이었습니다. 매우 편안하고 모던하며 깨끗했습니다. 호텔에서 제공한 모기 퇴치 플러그는 쓸모가 없었으므로 객실에 모기 퇴치 플러그를 가져오시기 바랍니다. 모기 퇴치제와 물린 후 사용은 필수입니다. 여기 고용된 직원 대부분이 정규직이 아닌 듯합니다. 고객 서비스가 형편없기 때문입니다. 여기서는 두 가지 속도로 일합니다... 천천히 일하고 멈춥니다. 약간의 훈련과 열정이 큰 도움이 될 것입니다... 제공되는 음식의 종류는 꽤 좋고 음료도 마찬가지입니다. 호텔은 다른 사람들이 남긴 이전 리뷰에서 확실히 배울 수 있습니다. 레스토랑에서 제공하는 음식에는 채식주의/비건인지 여부를 표시하고 재료와 함께 요리에 대한 간략한 설명이 있어야 합니다. 호텔의 위치는 훌륭하지만 상점, 지역 바/레스토랑 측면에서 도보로 25분 또는 지역 버스로 짧은 거리에 있습니다(1인당 편도 20리라 예상). 가족과 함께 올인클루시브 휴가를 보낸 것은 이번이 처음입니다. 전반적으로 우리 모두가 즐겼던 훌륭한 휴가였습니다. 하지만 호텔에서 고객 서비스를 개선해야 합니다. 때로는 결함이 있는 타워와 비슷합니다.

This is a newly refurbished Hotel and the rooms are lovely, we had a great time and would recommend staying here we stayed for 10 nights but personally 7 is ideal , The food was very good quality but the buffet restaurant is pretty much the same dishes each day, There wasn’t many English speaking staff but I’m told next year there will be more, when the staff accommodation block is completed. We had a massage at the Spa and it was excellent and well worth the money, Barman Ali was really good, spoke great English and was really attentive, Overall we would rate this a 5 star resort but overall the staff service needs improvement as there is a long wait at bars due to only 1 member of staff actually serving drinks , hopefully this is just teething issues due to the fact it’s a newly opened resort.

It was excellent, food fantastic, people great - Ali in customer relations was very helpful and with his English skills helped us a lot. Hotel is an excellent standard. The hotel rooms was incredible. Food was amazing with lots of food choices, service great, very clean and always spare tables. Even though the hotel was full you can always get served for food and drinks, lots of sunbeds, always spare ones. How many pools count believe the amount of pools and cleanliness - always a life guard. We came for a week and was like paradise.

We stayed at the hotel for 14 days as a family of 4. Overall the stay was very nice and we would stay again. Location and grounds The location of the hotel and the grounds are fantastic. The plants and gardens were very well maintained. The pools were clean and well looked after. The layout of the hotel is very pleasant with lots of paths and greenery. Is one of the best hotel environments I have stayed in. Service Overall the service was good. Most people tried to be helpful, even if they didnt speak English. However, some people were rude which was a shame. Also the language barrier made it difficult to work out how things worked e.g you had to book the cabanas and you had to request a date for visiting the a la carte restaurants. But we worked it out in the end. The booking system for the a la carte restaurants was very strange. You had to provide you check out date and phone number and the restaurant would message which day you were allowed to attend. Food For 10 days the food was very good and there was lots of variety. However, for the last 4 days the food was repetitive and bland. The a la cart restaurants were hit and miss. The starters at the Dragon were amazing but the main was over cooked and inedible. The Fish and Lale restaurants were ok. The service was very strange, whereby they would ask you to order within a couple minutes of sitting down (hadn’t even read the menu). Also the appetisers, soup, starters and salad were all brought out within minutes of each other resulting in a lot of food being on the table. Room service was terrible! The main phone didn’t work so had use the phone by the toilet. I had to then text the order to a number which wasn’t ideal. The food delivered wasn’t what was ordered and the chief refused to cook what was ordered. When we checked out of the hotel I refused to pay for the food, as it wasn’t what we wanted and wouldn’t have ordered it if given the choice. I had to speak with 4 different sets of people who couldn’t authorise the non payment until the head chief and manager came. They didn’t believe me until I showed them the text order and the photos of what was delivered after which they apologised for the mistake (all in it took about 45 minutes). The lunch, snack and drink bars were very good and open from 10am til 6pm. Beach Lots of deck chairs available and the bars were very close. The beach was slightly stoney, so you had to wear flip flops or your feet would hurt. Check out Our rep organised a late check out for us free of charge which was great. We called main reception to get a bell boy to collect our luggage to which she said they would send one straight away. After 30 minutes we called again as no one came and they said they were sending one immediately. After another other 30 minutes I walked down to find someone at which time a bell boy was driving up to our room. It was a very disappointing end to the stay. Beautiful and clean resort with staff who genuinely want to help. However!!! English is not a common language so significant language barriers and lack of understanding. The resort does not cater for western tourists and presents itself more for locals, Russians and other non western people. The food was genuinely repetitive,bland and at times uncooked, all Turkish food. Beds were not made up when we arrived, bedding not changed despite asking for the duration of our stay (10 nights) entertainment in Turkey! One show per night, limited facilities for children if any unless they are under 6. Very little to do. Real shame because the resort has the making of being 10/10 but needs significant further developments. Rooms are spacious but limited. Weather was gorgeous and beaches on doorstep,amazing photos but after 3 nights, I was ready to come home and I've visited Turkey many times over the years. Unfortunately I won't be returning but when the resort has improved, I may consider a return. Read all reviews before booking.

Sometimes at night times there are fun activities you could participate. At the beach there is a amazing volleyball court you can play with your friends or relatives. The sea is amazing it is clear and not cold İta so fun to jump in the sea from the hamaks.
