Niloo Hotel Tehran

Excellent food and very friendly helpful staff. One of those rare hotels where everything is smooth from start to finish. No fuss from start to finish. A really pleasant experience overall. I will certainly stay there again when I am back and have no hestitation recommending it to anyone.

Everything was nice. Comfortable room, atmosphere pleasant, very clean, nice stuff and service always ready to help, excellent breakfast, quiet area. If the next time I come to Tehran I wished to be here again. I really enjoy in staying here. I recommend warm.

Hi I was staying at espinas palace for 4 nights , everything was nice and the staff was really polite and good , specially reception team , concierge and bell boys ! Highly recommended ! I appreciate to mr.Balmeh and all staff.

I was surprised with the level of professionalism in Nillo hotel . I travel to iran once every other month but fir first time i booked this hotel through my agency and i really enjoyed the design. Niloo restaurante ático, ahora bar de copas. Excelente ubicación en plena av Domecq, Jerez. Buen ambiente para tomar copas con amigos. Sin embargo, un pésimo trato del camarero Juanma, prepotente y mal educado. El otro responsable de sala, Rafa , estupendo! Se disculpó por la mala educación de Juanma, y me ofreció una compensación que obviamente rechacé. Volveré???
