호텔 리우 파라이소 란사로테 - 올 인클루시브(Hotel Riu Paraiso Lanzarote - All Inclusive)

It is 4am and I am currently staying at this hotel. Just woke up to the realisation that I am in a big fancy room with basically the clothes I was wearing my nightclothes and my phone. Told if I leave the room then I ain’t getting back in. This review is nothing against the hard working staff of this hotel and the amount of people that TUI pack in to it these guys work their socks off hope they are getting paid a decent wage. TUI advertise this as a ‘Platinum’ hotel but don’t let that fool you. What that means is you get cheap everything all inclusive. Check out the definitions of TUI hotels on Google. Anyway after having indulged in the cheap all inclusive and returning to our basic garden view room 411 next to the Vulcano disco we discovered our bathroom was flooded. We contacted reception and obviously at that time of night no maintenance people were available. The guy at reception was very apologetic but basically we were told either put up with it or we can move you to probably the only other available room (it was mobbed with new people) but if you leave that room you won’t get back in! Hence I am sitting in my penthouse apartment prison with no access to any of my belongings. There was no way we could have stayed in our booked room tonight it was an absolute hazard and inhabitable. So will stick it out tonight to see how the hotel deal with this in a few hours. Rui whoever answers your reviews please do put the usual platitudes on Trip Advisor this is beyond that. One very unhappy customer ☹️

Not sure what to expect as it's been many years since our last stay, but the 10 days we spent here were amazing. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. Very clean throughout and comfortable bed and pillows. Food is of a good standard and plentiful and even though the hotel was very full there was never a wait for a table and the bars were well organized. The sunbeds were very uncomfortable and a bit close together , as a partially disabled person found no room between them for easy access. Very much enjoyed the two speciality restaurants on site. Special shout-out to Esnella? in the dining room who was so upbeat and friendly and understood my attempts at Spanish!

The hotel was spottless everywhere. The rooms are spacious and confy. Great en suite. The staff were very freindly and efficient. The food was plentiful and of a high standard. No shortage of seunbeds. The hotel is a little remote for those seeking alternative entertainment, so may be an issue for those with walking difficulties, it is about 20 minutes to Matagorda and about 35 minutes to Puerto Del Carmen, though a taxi was ony 4 Euros. Would I go again, definately, I will also look out for Riu hotels in other destinations, very impressed.

Another amazing visit to RIU Paraiso! Every single staff member is great. Day & night entertainment absolutely brilliant. Kids club …. Outstanding. Little boy absolutely loves it. Food ….. huge variety to choose from! Always something delicious to eat. Only negative is our room wasn’t ready on arrival, we had to wait approx 4 hours which wasn’t ideal but everything else absolutely perfect! Returning again in November 2024 🥰

Hotel spotless and Food excellent this was our 3rd stay there and will definitely be a 4th all the staff are courteous at all times and very friendly loved it Thank You

Had a fab holiday. Food was great, place was clean. Only tiny negative is that more toilets around the grounds would be good.

I have previously stayed in this hotel (2020) prior to the extensive refit and found both stays equally enjoyable

We had a memorable visit 3 or more years ago and this was the reason we revisited La Paraiso Hotel. Tui from Bournemouth was dead on time and early on arrival - well done Tui. A quick transfer, and, as we had checked in on line, a smooth and very friendly registration. Previously we had requested a room near the facilities and on the first floor, {mobility issue} and we were very pleased with the room. The room was very clean and had new decor. Water is in the fridge on arrival but has to be obtained from the bar from then on. The bed is very comfortable and the TV huge. Dining is on the ground floor and is spread over a large area. Drinks are self service as is the main buffet . Food is good and should have something for everybody. The staff in this area are spot on - attentive, friendly and always smiling. Our compliments to the unsung heroes, - the chefs and kitchen staff who are not normally considered. During the day you can enjoy a variety of sports and games around the pool. These activities are run by the animators who go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. The shows that are put on by the animators are some of the best we have experienced. The bar staff at the Riu are extremly good they have worked out a system that stops the mass bar crush and it works a treat. They are all very happy and enthusiastic - great. Thank you all in reception for the help you gave us with our need for tech know-how and other enquiries. All the staff at this Hotel give excellent service - thank you.
