나는 '디럭스 킹 룸'을 예약했고 첫날 밤 침대 한가운데가 평평하지 않았기 때문에 싱글 킹 사이즈 매트리스에서 잠을 자지 않는다는 것을 깨달았습니다. 아침에 그리고 의심의 이점을 위해, 매트리스 커버와 침대 시트를 제거하고 매트리스가 싱글이 아니라 트윈 침대 2개가 함께 짚힌 것을 알았습니다. 다음날 아침 나는 내 예약이 디럭스 킹 룸인지 정중하게 리셉션에 물었고 그들은 그것이 실제로 있는지 확인했습니다. 트윈베드가 있는 사진 증거를 보여줬을 때 대답은 '아, 느꼈어?'였습니다. 킹베드 대신 트윈베드를 줬냐고 물어보니 '아 디자이너가 편의를 위해 이렇게 만들었다' . 분명히 나는 리셉션에서 나에게 대답한 것을 변명으로 사지 않았고 깊이 실망했습니다. 복도를 걷는 동안 내 옆 방을 엿보았기 때문에 오해의 소지가있었습니다. 문이 열려 있고 청소부가있었습니다. 방은 많았습니다. 내 것보다 크고(내 디럭스 룸은 23m2였지만 의심스럽습니다) 침대가 함께 짚힌 두 개의 매트리스가 아니라고 확신합니다. 내 이야기 외에도 나는 동의할 것입니다 b) 카펫은 얼룩/더러움으로 가득 차 있어 새 호텔에는 허용되지 않습니다 c) 리셉션은 5성급 호텔에 대해 실제로 환영하지 않습니다(광고된 대로) d) 예약 사진에 표시된 대로 스메그 냉장고가 없습니다. 6박 동안 호텔에 묵어본다면 훨씬 더 나은 치료를 기대했습니다!!! 조식당 직원의 긍정적인 태도와 편리한 위치에 대해 별 2개. 다음에 트빌리시에서 더 친절하고 좋은 곳!

This is NOT a 4 stars hotel, more like 3 stars! 1. The cleaning service of the hotel was very bad, there was spider web in the corner of the ceiling. The bathroom floor was never mopped during our stay. 2. We requested a calm room, we received a room on the forth floor (#419) that directly faced the fan of the ventilation system of the restaurant located in the lobby. The operation sound of the system made it impossible to open the window due to the blowing sound and the cooking smell coming up. 3. The AC is a different story in this hotel; it was very hot and we couldn't control the temperature inside of the room. It was set on 27 degrees! When we addressed this issue with the receptionist, he explained that the AC system is central and many other customers complained about the same issue, and there's nothing that he can do about it. 4. The bathroom utilities had an EXPIRED SHAVING CREAM that caused us a skin rush. 5. The first day that we arrived, the weather was very bad, it was heavily raining. Upon check-in, the receptionist (Mariam) refused to let us do the check-in before paying the full amount. We went under the rain looking for a place to exchange money. They even gave us a wrong location for an exchange office. Later on, during our stay, we discovered that the receptionist offered free umbrellas to the guests when the weather was bad, while in our case she didn't bother herself to! 6. The mattresses and the pillows were not as comfortable as it should be for a 4 stars hotel. 7. The lobby has always cooking and deep frying smell coming from the restaurant located at the ground floor. 8. The room is always dark even when you turn all the lights on, and the TV has only Georgian and Russian channels. 9. The shower head was leaking water, it was fixed later on by the staff. With every shower the bathroom floor was flooding due to the lack of a glass barrier. The towels were replaced by torn ones several times during our stay. 10. The gym is not located inside of the hotel as advertised on booking. 11. The minibar was empty, and when we checked in we found an open sugar sachet left from the pervious guests.

We spent two nights in this property first impressions are excellent the foyer is very elegant . Check in and out was very efficient and friendly as was baggage handling . Our rooms (204 and 409 ) were spacious and well presented as were the bathrooms and reflected the overall elegance of the entire property . Facilities were as you would expect in a five star establishment, connectivity was good as was the sleep quality noise levels were low despite construction work on lower floors. The staff on the whole were very pleasant which in Georgia is not always the case especially in the restaurants , everyone we dealt with had a reasonable command of English particularly on reception and hotel porters . We used the hotel limousine service to the airport which was superb the driver was very helpful and polite and drove very safely. The vehicle was a Maybach which was spacious and comfortable . I forgot my hand luggage in the car at the airport after we were dropped ( panic time) but fortunately a phone call to the hotel had the driver speeding back to us within fifteen minutes . Despite some of the not so good reviews we felt this hotel was expensive for Georgia but nevertheless was reasonably priced for the standard of service it provides . This opinion is based on twenty years of staying in five star hotels for between five to seven months a year in a wide variety of locations throughout the world. In short a nice property.

The experience at the hotel was charming from Day 1. David at the reception along with other team members like Mancho and Tako were brilliant and always ready to help. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. We had taken a suite room and the cleaners were always doing a good job. Food at the restaurant was also very good. Breakfast was a simple affair but the food was always fresh. The Chef made very fluffy eggs and the cottage cheese was amazing. But most of all all the baked goods we had were absolutely delicious especially the croissants which were exceptional. Staff at the restaurant were again highly pleasant. Manager Tazo along with other staff Saba Gvansta Mariam and Katya and others too please I forget the names.. they were very polite and always ready to assist. Very efficiently managed hotel. 5 stars. No less.

Планируя остановиться на несколько дней в Тбилиси, мы выбрали этот отель. Бронировали два номера. Наш рейс прилетел в 4 часа утра, но не смотря на это, в отеле нас ждали - менеджер и местные котики. Нам предложили комнаты на выбор. Больше всего понравились комнаты на 3 этаже, они просторнее и светлее. Только учтите, лифта нет и на третий этаж ведет небольшая деревянная лестница. Вида из окна особо не ждите, все вокруг довольно плотно застроено. Отель находится в тихом переулке, но очень близко ко многим достопримечательностям и кафе. У ребят есть уютная уличная веранда, видимо летом там проходят завтраки. В комнатах не было холодильника, телевизора, чайника (если это важно для кого-то), но нам и не нужно было. Кстати, чай можно было попить в любое время на кухне. Кровати удобные, радовало наличие тапочек. Горячая вода есть, проблем не было. Было очень тепло в комнате и мы приоткрывали окно, иначе душно. Для уборки нужно повесить табличку с просьбой убраться. Завтраки: вкусно, по-домашнему, стол был накрыт к нашему приходу. Были оладьи, два салата, тосты, йогурты, сыр, варенья, сок, чай, кофе, яблоки, конфетки. Wifi хороший.

1) L'emplacement est excellent, au cœur de la vieille ville mais dans le calme. 2) Le personnel de la réception (en particulier Luca et Nino) est extrêmement gentil et efficace. 3) Le restaurant offre une bonne cuisine géorgienne. 4) Le bar au dernier étage offre une très belle vue sur la ville et en principe on peut y manger, mais nous en avons été empêchés en raison d'un début d'incendie dans un bâtiment jouxtant l'hôtel (qui a été combattu et éteint avec bravoure par le personnel). 5) Nous avions réservé une ”chambre supérieure avec balcon” mais la chambre était assez petite, la salle de bain minimaliste et le balcon microscopique (en fait, le plus petit de tout l'étage). 6) Une adresse pratique pour se reposer quelques heures avant de partir bien avant l'aube vers l'aéroport.

멕시코의 화가 Frida Kahlo에 이름을 딴이 작은 호텔은 우리의 기대를 충족 시켰습니다. 올드 트빌리시의 위치는 택시를 고용하는 대신 걷기로이 역사적인 지역에 쉽게 접근 할 수있었습니다. 깨끗하고 매우 친절하고 도움이되는 직원이 있습니다. 우리는 여기에서 아주 편안하다고 느꼈다. 침대는 미국에서 집에있는 것과 다르다. 처음에는 잘 자지 않을 것이라고 생각했다. 나는 틀렸다. 잘 잤어! 호텔 가격은 합리적이었고 아침 식사는 충분했지만 전반적으로 상당히 평범했습니다. 대체로 이곳은 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다. 유일한 부정적인 점은 바쁜 거리 옆에 위치하고 있으며 밤에는 약간 시끄 럽습니다. 또한 오전 4 시까 지 디스코 스타일의 음악이있는 거리에있는 클럽이 있습니다. 엘리베이터가없는 오래된 건물이므로 짐을 휘어 놓은 나무 계단으로 운반 할 준비가되어 있습니다. 좋은 호텔이며 추천합니다.

The location is very convenient, close to Liberty Square and to the old city. The double room I had was very nice, well furnished and equipped. Same for the bathroom. Maybe a bit tiny for two people with lot of luggage. The room and the bathroom were made up and cleaned every day. All the hotel looked clean. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of food, the quality was good and the food I had was tasty and fresh. The staff was kind. A special thank to the one of the guys at the front desk who helped me with a lot of patience to deal with a local call center.

호텔은 도시의 오래된 중심에 있으며, 자유 광장 뒤에 있습니다. 택시는 베트케미 라이즈 (Betkemi Rise)의 바닥에서만 손님을 떨어 뜨릴 수 있기 때문에 많은 단계를 통해 접근 할 수 있습니다. 다행히도 호텔에는 항상 가방을 위층으로 운반 할 스트랩 피 아드가 있습니다. 긴 복도는 오리엔탈 아트 수집에 대한 주인의 취향을 보여줍니다. 입구 계단 꼭대기에 의자가 두 개뿐이므로 리셉션이 없습니다. 같은 층의 우리 방 인 미얀마는 거대했습니다. 흥미롭게도 화장실과 샤워 실은 양쪽 끝에 방의 일부이며, 그 사이에 세면대가 있습니다. 거대하고 편안한 침대, 넓은 옷장, 냉장고, 심지어 전자 레인지도있었습니다. 목욕 가운과 슬리퍼가 제공되었고 금고도있었습니다. 건물 전체가 가파른 바위에 자리 잡고 있기 때문에 모든 곳에 계단이 있습니다. 다양한 수준과 도시를 바라 보는 멋진 전망으로 어져있는 테이블이 많이 있습니다. 전체 단지의 꼭대기 근처에는 인피니티 풀도 있습니다. 조식은 현지 생산으로 제공되는 빵, 치즈, 잼, 케이크, 과일이 많이 제공되어 꽤 좋았습니다.
