가족과 함께 정말 즐거운 휴가를 보냈습니다. 아침 식사도 정말 맛있었어요. 다음 여행 때 트빌리시에 다시 올 거예요. 정말 친절한 호텔이었어요. 정말 잘 챙겨주셨어요. verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyyyy gooooooooooooddddddddddd

불친절한 여자 웨이트리스, 자기 일에 불만이 많아요. 화장지를 달라고 했더니 사라고 하네요.

호텔 서비스는 최악이었어요. 모든 게 최악이었어요. 가족과 함께 이틀 밤을 묵었는데, 샤워할 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않아서 망했어요. 샤워할 때마다 수돗물을 5분 정도만 틀어놓으면 뜨거운 물이 나온다고 했는데, 이틀 동안 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않자 다른 호텔로 옮겨 다녔어요. 돈 낭비하고 싶지 않고, 숙박 때문에 괴로워하고 싶다면 이 호텔로 가세요. 그렇지 않다면 차라리 길거리에서 자는 게 나을 거예요.

Все было хорошо, но есть два минуса нет горячей воды, и шумно спать было не спокойно!!!

4성급 호텔이라고 주장하는 것조차 아니고, 방은 더럽고 수건에 얼룩이 있었고, 바닥에도 얼룩이 있었습니다. 가장 최악이었던 것은 제대로 작동하지 않는 에어컨이었습니다. 저는 남편과 함께 머물렀는데, 매니저가 남편에게 이 문제를 해결하겠다고 헛된 약속을 했습니다. 그녀는 거짓말을 많이 하지만 약속한 것은 한 번도 지키지 않았습니다. 이 호텔을 믿지 마세요. 우리는 2일 후에 호텔을 바꿨습니다. 밖이 섭씨 40도인데 제대로 된 에어컨이 없는 곳에 어떻게 머물 수 있겠어요. 게다가 아무도 영어를 제대로 하지 못해서 모든 것이 더 어려워졌습니다.

Have been here with a large group of children, a very positive stay. The staff, especially in reception, is ultra friendly and helpful, keeping an eye on everything to be excellent. Also added breakfast option totally free of charge. Don't know how was here with previous owners, but currently it was one of the most positive stays. Also, underground parking is available. Thanks so much, keep going like you do!

I had a wonderful stay at green tower hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.the peaceful location and excellent amenities made up for it. Close to alot of resraurants shopping centers and lake. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

The hotel is situated in the outer area of tbilisi, near to to lake lisi. The hotel is neat and clean equipped with gym. The hotel is at the main road.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! It's hard for me to gather decent words to express my dissatisfaction. The caretaker was not informed that I was in the room, so she just BARGED IN without knocking on the door. It is simply degrading when someone else sees you in a disturbing scene, for example, taking a shower. Your personal space and rights will not be protected here, so don't visit this place!!!!! JUST DON'T STAY THERE!

Terrible place. Advertised as a 4 star. It is. 2 stars at best. Sits on a major road with no sound proofing and you feel as is you are sleeping in the middle of the road. Rooms are not clean and that includes ***** hairs found on sheets. I had to change 3 rooms at 02:00 at night as one had a broken door to the balcony the other had no heating. Breakfast was just appalling.

It was pleasant stay. Rooms are spacious. Reception attendant was v helpful. When warmer wasn't working and also for other small issues after check in. What we noticed is v less staff at reception and for cleaning. Breakfast was ok i would say v less items and sometimes burnt omlet. Also cooks are not professional.

(1) location is far from the city centre, i found only cabs to be an efficient way to move around (2) room quality is decent but the fridge in my room did not work, the shower did not work properly (3) their steam and sauna is always off, they said extra charges applicable for using those (4) management did not have the common sense (5) management and housekeeping lady got rude behavior

The hotel is misguiding customers with very old photos that is not the reality. The staff lacks customer service skills and are very rude and intimidating. The rooms are left uncleaned for over 4 days despite several request to make the room. Even basic request such as iron takes 1.5 days to get and once we get the iron the staff takes it back in 20 mins. They would lie about the mini bar usage which I confronted them and they then backed off. The receptionist is very very rude and watch out for his intimidation. They should discontinue the breakfast as it is the worst you can get with what looks like left overs and mostly cold old bread and very limited choices. The pool is as dirty as it can be. I don't recommend anyone staying there even for free.
