The cottage is located in the heart of Steinhatchee's fishing and scalloping activities yet quiet and peaceful. It is very near the public boat ramp, Roys Seafood Restaurant, Sea Hag Marina, River Club Marina and the mouth of the River and Gulf. There is live music and entertainment at the marinas. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and boats. We have fishing tournaments or festivals every weekend. Scallop season is June 15th thru We are pet friendly. October through March we cater to those who want to spend the winter in Florida with reasonable monthly rates.
