빌라 마르가레타 부티크 호텔

Lovely, cozy hotel with atmosphere of the old times. Could almost see ladies walking in their long dresses and umbrellas. The room was very convenient and the bed and pillows really good. Steep stairs were not a problem to me, but If you have problems, ask for the room on the 1st (ground) floor. The staff was extremely friendly. The only problem was that when leaving, I had to pick up my luggage by 16:00 (no personnel after that) and my train left only at 18:55. And there is no loggage store at the station. Anyway that's my hotel in Tartu!

Villa Margarethas's Deluxe suite Marie (3rd floor, narrow stairs, no elevator, so not suitable for disabled people) is maybe the loveliest hotel room I've ever been to (and I've been to few)! Yes the building is definitely not brand new, but that's not what this hotel is about - I love the ageing atmosphere of the hotel! In October it was very peaceful, and the reception is not staffed 24/7 - but we didn't need it to be. Room was spottless clean. Walking distance to grocery store, the old centre etc. And if you don't want to walk, why not catching a Bolt ride - it couldn't be easier! There is a cafe in the hotel, where you can buy breakfast (it is not included in room price). This was our second time in Villa Margaretha, and we will definitely go back if we visit Tartu again!

Il boutique hotel è una dimora antica risalente ai primi del 900,interamente in legno e bellissima!Alcune stanze sono nell'edificio principale ed altre in depandance immediatamente adiacenti.La nostra era ampia,stilosamente vintage con un arredamento molto curato e attento ai dettagli,pulita.Un frigo sarebbe stato comodo ma di certo non avrebbe fatto pendant con il resto del mobilio :-D L'hotel è anche munito di parcheggio privato ed è situato a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei bus e dal centro di Tartu. Il personale gentilissimo e sorridente. Prezzo nella media. Stra consigliato!
